-=TK=- Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Definitely looking forward to my first visit ever to Cedar Point! I haven't been to a park with these huge coasters, since I live in the Netherlands
XYZ Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 I'm planning to ride Full-Throttle, Coast Rider, & Undertow. Of the three, I'm most excited about Full-Throttle.
RideofSteel Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 My first trip to Kings Dominion and Dorney, along with the new FunCoaster.
beatle11 Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 I'm looking forward to the entire Texas/Midwest trip, but in particular SDC and Outlaw Run.
gisco Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Full Throttle and Gold Striker. Non-coaster wise I'm looking forward to doing a Century bike ride around Lake Tahoe
Koasterking48 Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 The Worlds Only Coaster with a Top Hat and Gatekeeper on the steel side, and then Outlaw Run and Hades 360 on the wood side.
IronWolfman Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 Um, since it'll be the only new ride I'll probably ride this year, the new ride at Silverwood! Normal frisbees kinda scare me a little, but one that goes all the way upside down!?! Sounds amazing.
dylanreich Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 I'm actually really looking forward to the flyers at Knott's!
Randomman295 Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Outlaw Run and Gold Striker. We 'Murricans have some kickass woodies coming out this year.
Sir Clinksalot Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 By default it's probably Full Throttle since it may be the only new coaster I get to ride this year other than the new one at Knott's, which I'm not looking forward to. Looking like 2013 is going to be a pretty light year for parks relatively speaking. We may do CGA when I go up to do the SF Marathon so Gold Striker would be most anticipated then.
ernierocker Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Now, that my Disney World trip has finished, the next thing I most looking forward to is finally riding NTAG and checking out Iron Rattler. I am sure I will go to Dollywood once or twice in the meantime.
palmerleeberry Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Okay, I'll admit it: I'm looking forward to the new and improved PLANET SNOOPY at my main park of KINGS DOMINION. With my CEDAR FAIR PLATINUM PASS I'm planning to visit a few parks within their network, including the GATEKEEPER at CEDAR POINT. Plus I'll be ridding a few old favorites in the several parks I'm planning to visit in the 2013 season. And finally, the return of pillow! "I'm back from vacation, I'm well rested, and I want you to stop typing and start lying your head upon me!"
Wingwright Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 I'm most excited for Gatekeeper. Also excited that it will be my first visit to Cedar Point! THIS, exactly. I'm also excited for my first trip to Holiday World!
Koasterking48 Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 I'm most excited for Gatekeeper. Also excited that it will be my first visit to Cedar Point! THIS, exactly. I'm also excited for my first trip to Holiday World! If you like water parks, Holiday World is the place for you. There are very few things flat ride wise that are mildly thrilling since it is a family park. When you first get to the park, head to the Voyage and skip Raven and Legend till later Make sure you get to Mammoth and Wildebeest very first thing as soon as the Splashin' Safari opens. Lastly, Pilgrims Plunge is a temperamental ride (It's Intamin, go figure) so don't be surprised if you're stuck in the station a good while. Have fun! It really is a great value park!
WayCool64 Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Gold Striker and the YOLOcoaster! 'nuff said (at least for me)!
gerstlaueringvar Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 A lot of coasters!!!! So I'll say Texas/Midwest Tour.
gisco Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 Hard to pick from everything new opening in California this year and a few things I mised last year. Probably have to go with WCB.
Aceattack52 Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 The possibility of seeing another B&M launched coaster in park announcements toward the end of the operating season. It is really nice to se B&M expanding and now they certainly have more options.
