jarmor Posted July 21, 2017 Posted July 21, 2017 Why aren't you crediting where you are getting these images? It only seems fair right?
chickenbowl Posted July 21, 2017 Posted July 21, 2017 Why aren't you crediting where you are getting these images? It only seems fair right? Â Too much work/already in the image url/who cares? Â It was parkz.com.au if anybody cares.
jarmor Posted July 21, 2017 Posted July 21, 2017 YOU would care if it were your site and you were posting it. Would you take images off TPR and not credit back here?

It was posted by a forum user trying to show construction progress. It's not published by a brand trying to push content. If I took a construction picture of a coaster, I wouldn't give a shit where it gets reposted.  I'm just trying to show progress of a cool coaster in a relatively dead thread.

PKI Jizzman Posted July 21, 2017 Posted July 21, 2017 Superman was closed for seasonal rehab when I visited, so this ride is even more incentive to get back to the Gold Coast. Looks like a top 10 ride for me.
cymonster-rex Posted July 22, 2017 Posted July 22, 2017 Well even though I did the nearly 20 hour round trip to Queensland in January of this year I'm going to be doing it in November just to ride the Hypercoaster. Hopefully since school is back then it will be nice and empty and i can get some good rides on it.

thunder001 Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 So the new DC Rivals coaster has almost completed track install (if they fell behind today it will be completed tomorrow). The guys over at Parkz.com.au have a full update with plenty of pics, however here is one from the site today showing the new ride in comparison to the Green Lantern coaster. Enjoy. The new DC Rivals Coaster about to top out...
Gtmichaels Posted August 5, 2017 Posted August 5, 2017 As of yesterday, DC Rivals has a complete circuit! I'll be visiting the Gold Coast after Christmas, can't wait to ride Australia's first Hypercoaster (go Mack!)
KingRCT3 Posted August 6, 2017 Posted August 6, 2017 The track is completed! Â Â Good news, it will officially feature an Helix of Death.
Gtmichaels Posted August 7, 2017 Posted August 7, 2017 The track is completed!  Good news, it will officially feature an Helix of Death. Also one of the worlds first non-inverted loop, wonder what that would be like...
viking86 Posted August 7, 2017 Posted August 7, 2017 Looks like a fantastic ride! I had also completely forgotten about the backwards seats, that should be insane!
cfc Posted August 7, 2017 Posted August 7, 2017 (edited) The track is completed!  Good news, it will officially feature an Helix of Death. Also one of the worlds first non-inverted loop, wonder what that would be like...  A number of rides have "noninverted loops" (Rip Ride 'n' Rockit at Universal comes to mind). They're fun elements. petestrash Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Here are some construction photos of DC Rivals I took on 1st of August before the lift hill topped out. It's always good to see someone in Mack hi-vis at a park. Usually means something good is coming... How Many Coasters can you spot in this photo?
cfc Posted August 15, 2017 Posted August 15, 2017 Hmm--wouldn't mind heading to Australia again, someday. I like this park quite a bit, and DC Rivals is looking good.
hydra Posted August 15, 2017 Posted August 15, 2017 Is this a launched coaster? On the front page of TPR for the update it says 'Launched' Did I miss something?
DoinItForTheFame Posted August 15, 2017 Posted August 15, 2017 Is this a launched coaster? Â Here are some construction photos of DC Rivals I took on 1st of August before the lift hill topped out. Â No. It's not a launched coaster. I think there is just a typo on the home page... Â Also, Â HOLY SH!T!!! This coaster looks amazing!!! I the colors!!
pproteinc Posted August 15, 2017 Posted August 15, 2017 Yes I'm loving that shade of purple or magenta; whichever it is, it needs to find its way onto a coaster in the USA.
Themed steel Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 The colours look great indeed, but I'm more intrigued by that stunning layout and awesome first drop! Wouldn't mind one of these in Europe
cfc Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 Is this a launched coaster? On the front page of TPR for the update it says 'Launched'Did I miss something? Â Yeah, my goof there. I was under the impression it was launched for some reason. It's fixed now.
thunder001 Posted August 19, 2017 Posted August 19, 2017 Testing started today from all accounts, and running like a dream right from first go. Â Can't wait till October....
viking86 Posted August 19, 2017 Posted August 19, 2017 Â TESTING! Â That looks fantastic! First test runs can often be a bit on the slow side, but that seems to carry a lot of speed all to the way through to the end already on the first run! I'm happy for the Australian people, you lot are not exactly spoiled when it comes to rollercoasters.
