Nrthwnd Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 Just heard on the radio, two big auction houses in Europe were vying for handling the auction of a piece of artwork, valued at millions ($16+), but the owner of the painting couldn't decide which auction house to go with, as both had given good deals in how to handle this auction. So - they did the most honorable thing possible.... Rock, Paper, Scissors. One house picked paper. The other picked scissors. Scissors won. And he was one of the first responders to 9/11, then had to quit afterwards, because of lung problems et al. He gets just over $3 million, after taxes etc. but still... Good For Him!
