I had to go buy a new mouthpiece for my French Horn. I will now forever only buy mouthpieces of this brand.

If you've ever wondered what happens to the extra materials left over from a RMC coaster, now you know where it goes!

This is actually a German music company brand, but the name is a hilarious coincidence.

And here are the two mouthpieces I bought! For a size reference, the tip of my thoumb barely fits into the cup of the mouthpieces.

Last night was really, one of The Most Amazing Nights at the GRAMMYs - really!

All the mixes of genres I had no interest in - and everything rawked!

But in particular - the house fell apart when all those couples gay AND straight

were Wed by Minister Queen Latifah near the end of "Same Love."

It was awesome. Everybody was crying, including us, watching it.

I posted on here earlier about buying new mouthpieces, well, Schilke doesn't make french horns, but I just bought one today! I'm so excited to finally have my own (I've been borrowing from school since I began playing in 5th grade). It's also a one-of-a-kind instrument. It used to be a heavily-manufactured horn, and it was made in 1970, but it received a facelift a couple years ago and turned into a monster. I love it, and it makes me happy. The end.

(I'll post a picture of it soon)

I recently enjoyed a bowl of plain old fashioned

Kellogg's Corn Flakes with a small spoonful of (gasp) sugar.

And - it was good! Next time I might even go back to a

box of Raisin Bran for another instant retro flashback, LOL!

Ok, wow. I'm kind of stunned right now.

The rest of my college education is being covered by the company my dad works for, through a scholarship. I wasn't expecting too much, just a little bump to bring tuition down a notch, not $8,000 a year for three years.

This is incredible, I don't even know what to say!
