Yeah it is freezing outside, and it has been raining nonstop for the last 5 days. We have gotten over 4 in of rain. And my power has been going off and on for the past 3 days. Well we have been in a drought so this is actully pretty good for us.

Yeah good point. That would suck if there was a mandatory water rationing. What would happen to water parks around here if that happened? Would they shorten there seasons?

I think it may be more severe in SoCal, but thankfully we live in NorCal where we have a semi-large supply of water thanks to the Sierras.
