I first had 2 minutes to go, and I'm assuming the next users konked out as I watched them go in, no action, followed by the next one. So, I switch over to do something real quick (maybe a whole 10 seconds), come back to the Claw, and am kindly greeted by the "You Lost" screen.

Angry_Gumball Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Anyone getting this? It appears as though the whole thing froze. Claw has not moved for the past 10 minutes now. Edit: Got kicked out/lost connection...got back in line with no real loss...maybe added on 5 minutes of waiting. Looks like its working again. Cloaking devices!

You'll need 2 different browsers though to do it otherwise it will get all confused and crash like it did on me. If the next 35 people somehow drop out and you catch up, you may see an "Invertigo" and a "Pinball Kitty..." That's me.

Mr. Starr Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Just won another pink ball! The live cam while you're waiting in line is a little laggy, but once you're playing it's fine. Also, it looked like the bottom of the chute was starting to get clogged, so be careful!

Angry_Gumball Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 So both game of mine were failure. I noticed the chute starting to back up as well and triggered a false win on my first game. However the balls weren't that far up yet. I completely missed my second turn which was 1 player away from my first attempt all because the dog decided they wanted to relieve themselves inside instead of outside. But this did look interesting when I put both browsers side by side:

If you won but didn't actually win, they'll clear your address out of thensystem since they monitor the video feeds and see what people have won. I'd email customer service to make sure it gets done so you can actually win something.

After the false win, I ended up actually winning something and it still asked for the address as nothing was ever inputted in yet. Once you win and you do put in your address, then future wins it just tells you that you've won followed by disconnecting you. I'd contact them just to be sure though, maybe you can ask them what I've mentioned so that we wouldn't have to keep nagging them each time a false win happens.

Keep in mind that the prize is "free" and while Real Art does have a mail order buisiness and store, I'm sure they aren't used to having to send out thousands of packages at once. It's like when we have to do a Club TPR mailing when we are used to shipping 30-40 packages per week, and then all if a sudden I've got 800 packages to ship in a couple of days. Give them time...

"We've been estimating a few weeks for prize arrival, but it's starting to be longer than that, especially for early winners. We were delayed as we figured out our shipping process, and some prizes are going out before others, since we settled on a shipping method by prize, instead of by date. We're sending stuff out and it shouldn't be long now. Can't say when it's going out, but we're checking to make sure there aren't any errors with people's wins, and can tell if something has shipped." So hopefully there is an answer to us people that have not gotten our prizes yet.
