P. 512: Holiday World acquires Santa's Cottages resort

Total speculation here, but based on that quote, my intuition tells me that back when Will Koch gave the go to build Voyage, he may have had a special vision of two coasters interweaved with each other. The first one being Voyage, and the second one possibly being announced on Monday. Again, no idea if that is what is going to happen, but whatever this new attraction is, it's going to be BIG. Can't wait!

I was thinking along similar lines when I read the quote.

Given his passion for the industry, Will Koch probably had very specific and detailed plans mapped out in his head as to how Holiday World would be expanded. This may well be an addition that actualizes one of his visions.

Ok, my final guess is a premier rides launched inverter. That gives them a launch and inversions. A eurofighter would be a good guess too. Although in a way it wouldn't surprise me if they went the RMC woodie route. The only reason I'm saying that is because they have a thing with woodies. But I like to think that they'll shake things up a bit!

^ well we don't know what they're announcing but according to them, it's gonna be big and so it's logical to assume that it's a coaster since they haven't gotten one in ages.

I think it will be a launched coaster similar to the likes of Verbolten or Cheetah Hunt. Maybe it will be more intense a la Maverick, Blue Fire or Helix, or maybe it will be more family friendly like Fire Chaser. Whatever it is, I cannot wait to see it revealed!

^^^ I fully agree. I would totally. Love an RMC roller coaster winding through and around The Voyage and the woods. Give it quite a few inversions, taller, steeper, and faster than the voyage. Maybe 180-210 ft tall(2nd ever wooden hyper coaster please. 76 mph. 6000-8000 ft, three to five inversions. And just to throw this out there for the future, Legend is painfully rough and would make a wonderful steel coaster by RMC. Like New Texas Giant. But all in all, I'm a very hopeful fanboy. But I feel an RMC woodie keeps in tradition while giving guests the upside down moments they want.

My final guess is going to be what I've been saying all along, MACK launched coaster. Personally, I would like to see some type of RMC steel coaster. Both seem to make sense and seem very logical.

If Raven Maven (or someone who actually honestly knows) would like to tell us what time the info goes live, that would be great.

I'm avoiding detailed speculation. I honestly couldn't care less about whether it is wood or steel. I'm just freakin glad we are getting a coaster, hypothetically

^^ sounds epic as Iron Voyage but how can voyage be more perfect that it already is?

^I'm staying p too. Holiday World is better than school anyways.

^ I'm studying to be a teacher and I'll back that up as well. Go to bed! No coaster is more important than your education.

As for me, I'm out of school. So yeah, I might be up a little later than normal...
