Those pictures are great Ferg, thanks! I just watched Coaster World News, and it looks as if we'll see Griffon testing, hear about the opening date, and that special surprise all on this Tuesday from the tour!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait!

The new skyline will definitely take some getting used to for me. It is certainly overwhelming, but still...I miss some of the great views of Alpengeist we used to have. Ah well, they will live on in multiple photographs, I suppose haha.

I think I'm going to spend the entire summer on the sky ride from New France to Germany and hope that it stalls in the Griffon ride area. Clearly there will be some amazing photo opportunities from there.

i went to passport preview day too! it was awesome! we saw you cfc ..me and my friend were infront of you on big bad wolf and then me and him were with yall on apollos chariot..we were the ones who had the bag problem to

As for the bag policy, I wonder how long it will last--especially when people start showing up with those enormous stuffed animals they just won at the carnival games.

Yeah that bag policy was the only thing that irked me (well that and the cold and snow flurries all day). Going into line at Apollo I had my camera hanging off my hand and was getting ready to put it in my pocket and the guy stopped me and said "That's not allowed past here." I was just kind of dumbfounded for a moment as he pointed to the lockers. And I asked straight up "Are they free?" Of course not, $1 for every time you ride? I'd have to be a millionaire to come to BGE. Doesn't Universal have a free locker system with fingerprint scan or something?

Okay ill watch it. Also Thanks for the welcome. Yeah the bag thing was ridiculous. Some of the rides they would let you and then some they wouldn't. So we didn't know what was going on really. I think they should let us take them because they have cubbies.

 

Also I got POV's of Loch-ness Monster and Half of Big Bad Wolf because our camera died.

^ You proved one of the reasons why that rule is now in place, Busch has a strict no filming on rides policy. Try asking, it will be a flat out no.

What rule is now place? The bag rule? That has nothing to do with filming the Roller Coaster. I did it on my digital camera. I know they would say no if i took it on the ride. So basically what you said didn't make that much sense.

^ Busch has a strict "No Camera" policy on their rides. I would suggest not breaking any park rule or policy if you want to remain on this forum.

I will get kicked off if I take videos? Then how come the people who took the POV's of all the other roller coasters didn't get kicked off? How come they haven't gotten in trouble?

They were given permission to take them.

 

We've removed videos that we found were taken without park permission. You have to understand that many parks and industry people read and contribute to this site, thus we do not allow content that promotes breaking park rules or conduct.
