FlyingScooter Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Al Stewart? Good choice! I have a live cd of his they recorded after Time Passages. Awesome.
jeanine Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Thanks! He's (Al Stewart is) definitely an obsession of mine. If you ever see it, pick up his 2 disc early years compilation. Those songs are some of the finest pop tunes ever crafted. I've seen him perform 5 times in the past three years. He's an unbelievable guitar player.
cobra_roll06 Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 Red Hot Chili Peppers are amazing Flea is definetly the best bassist of all time the reason i am now a bassist lol

tacoking Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 I just found a couple high quality videos of their new songs. The first one, "The New Song" is pretty awesome, I must say. The second one, "The Other New Song" is a little off, but it's growing on me. Guitar solos are back!
BiCoastal Kid Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 Red Hot Chili Peppers are amazing Flea is definetly the best bassist of all time the reason i am now a bassist lol All I have to say is: "Hello, Mr Claypool!"
Calvin Posted October 14, 2006 Posted October 14, 2006 For me, it changes. I like The Beatles all the time, as well as Electric Light Orchestra and Pink Floyd. So I guess you could say that they're my favorite bands because I like them constantly and equally. I love OK Computer but I don't love everything Radiohead's done, so I love OK Computer. I love Pet Sounds but I'm not a big fan of a lot of the other Beach Boys stuff, so I love Pet Sounds. Constant love bands: -The Beatles -Coldplay -ELO -Jefferson Airplane -Pink Floyd -The Police -Simon and Garfunkel -Yes

alpengeist04 Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan. Oh wait, this isn't the favorite Disney actress turned pop singer is it. Actually, I would have to say Aerosmith.
coastershark Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 I would have to say Nickleback. I just saw them a couple of weeks ago in Orlando. They are really good performers. They work the crowd real well. They also had Tiger Woods and Roger Clemens come out on stage and shoot t-shirts out to the audience. I was in the second row from the stage, its the closest I have ever been before and was deaf for two days. But it was worth it.
Masked_Maverick Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 Got to add to the list: Norma Jean Zao John Reuben Red Hot Chili Peppers Less Than Jake Weird Al A.F.I. is good but I am debating on weather or not they are a favorite Casting Crowns Toby Mac Underoath Bob Dylan U2 Counting Crows Stryper and I cant forget one of my fav. bands ever: Five Iron Frenzy
