9. Dodonpa (I don't know what it is, but I like it.)

I read about its name on RCDB a while ago. It's percussion's musical notes, like "do, re, mi" for drums. Apparently it is also chanted in the station and/or queue line of the ride.

it's because there's a drum sound played in the queue and it sounds like that (at least from what I heard)

There are so many that I like, and I agree with the general sentiment that Busch parks give their coasters awesome names. I will say thought that I've always been a fan of clever names, especially if they are a play on words.

Ie:

Rock'n'Rollercoaster

Mr. Twister

Steel Eel

California Screamin'

Psyclone

Shivering Timbers

My top two are Raging Bull and Manta. I like Raging Bull because it sounds like a phrase you'd say in place of a bad word, such as "Who in the raging bull took my burger?!" I like Manta because it suits the ride perfectly. And the themeing is top notch.
