^^ The guy in the front is holding the poor little kid in! My Dad used to do that to me. He did it with me on our first time on MF. We were in the back seat, at night. Best ride ever!

While I was looking at these pictures I was thinking, "Wow these are probably the best pictures I have ever seen! I am going to reply telling you how great they are..." And then I saw everyone else's comments and felt kinda bummed that I'd just be going with the crowd... Ah well great pictures man!

Those were some of the best coaster pictures that I have seen in a while. The reactions from the riders were priceless and I love the picture with Power Tower, Sky Ride and Top Thrill Dragster. You are a great photographer!

He uses the Canon Digital Rebel XTI, I asked the same question when I saw his photos from Cedar Point Closing Weekend Last year. I have used the camera several times, it has a very nice interface and you can do ALOT with it. It is an excellent camera, if you are willing to pay around $700.00 and upwards, if you want additional lens.

These pics, for me, justify the purchase price. Great photos and now I'll be keeping my eye out for camera sales. Though I think I might still go with a Nikon, because I have an old 35mm Nikon and still want to use it's lenses.

^^ BAHAHAHA The ginormous guy in the back row!!

These pics are AWESOME! Horay for coaster porn!

I always love seeing people's reactions on roller coasters. It's the best way to get a good laugh!

I love the guy that spotted you and is all pointing at you.

You should become a paparazzi and then wait till Britney Spears goes on a roller coaster, take her pics, and totally sell them. YOU'D MAKE MILLIONS!

For all those that asked, it's a Canon Rebel XTi. I'm thinking of upgrading soon... The XSi is about to come out with 12Mpixels (this one has 8M pixels). I also used a Canon 100-400mm IS lens, which retails for about $2500, but can be had for about $1600.

Thanks for all the compliments! It puts a smile on my face, for sure!

CoasterPalooza - Hi! How you guys doing? We're doing the Holiday Nights again, and CoasterMania.... That's all we've got planned so far. You and Gwen going to either of those?

Posted

Hey Mark,

Unfortunately we won't be making it out to Holiwood Nights this year. I would like to go to Coaster Mania, but it won't be this year either. If we get up to Cedar Point at some point we'll get in contact with you!

CoasterP, too bad... I was hoping to laugh with you guys again! Definitely get in touch if you will be at CP this year... We're getting passes again.

Mark, I think it's safe to say that you take the best pictures at CP. I love trying to get shots of riders on the ride and see the expressions later. I think some of the best are on the Vekoma/B&M Flyers
