Huntsville's Target has a Vault ICEE? I'm at my parents home in Huntsville right now and I'm going to head out to go get a Vault Icee. Sweet!

CTU Agent, Valley Bend, aka Carl T Jones has it and I'd bet University near Dick's Sporting Goods would too. Dude, we should hang out and talk coasters some time. I'm down by Martin Road.

I want to try that Vault ICEE so much, even though I haven't had the soda yet.

Sunfire, soda good. Icee BETTER.

Everyone hates me and wants me to die, obviously.

Wes, we love you man....in the most manly, platonic, non-sexual way imaginable. Really!

Ooops, Robb's spotlight, let's get back on topic.

My Target has White Cherry and Blue Raspberry. Unfortunately employees don't get unlimited ICEEs as they have to pay for them like everyone else (though with small discount)

Maybe I should ask the Food Avenue team lead if he could get some Vault in (and maybe some Beverly for the soda fountain)

Speak for Yourself! I haven't paid for my Icee's in long time. The cup technically never leaves the store (but gets washed) so it still counts right? We have four flavors (including Vault) of Icee (not including two more flavors of frozen smoothies they sell...) and they are oh so tasty.

MMMMM Caffeine.

No weight lost, but no weight gained so it was a good day!

My local Target only has white cherry and blue raspberry. For me, the best ICEE's in the world are Coke and Cherry (regular red).

My question is: how did this thread change from Robb's weight loss to how much everyone loves ICEE's? The last page or so everyone has posted something about the frozen treats! I say we go back on topic, before the purpose of this thread gets too distracted.

But until I'm married, I will keep the Vault ICEEs coming to keep me satisfied.

Why am I reminded of that line in Demolition man when Spartan kisses Huxley?

Huxley - "Oh my...Are all fluid transfers like that?"

Spartan - "Better."

Noble goals, friend.

Robb, im very proud of you! Just don't pull a Nichole Richie on us (means geting down to 5 pounds and still think you're fat!). The fat is melting off your body! Just please get your feet shaved, or waxed, or get laser hair removal or something!! But overall great progress! I know you'll make it to your goal! IF you can't lose your weight and its impossible, you can go on the new season of Celebrity Fit Club!

We found a Target that did have Vault Icee's, and while drinking one is in no way better than sexing it up, combining the two activities gets a gold seal of approval from me.

^Wow, these things must be addictive. What substance could ICEE be putting in their Vault treat? Does it give you energy like the soda is advertised, or is it just the flavor? I still haven't tasted Vault or its frozen counterpart, so I'm not sure.

Day 16 - Three days of nothing.

So this whole Thanksgiving Holiday hasn't been that great for me. I mean, I haven't gained any weight, so it's not THAT bad, but I've also not lost anything in 3 days.

Now granted, every day I've been eating out a lot more (in a RESTAURANT you preverts) and working out less BUT...I have managed to stay the same weight.

So now the real challenge...can I lose 14 pounds in 14 days?

Today's stats...

Weigh in - 248

Total weight lost - 16 pounds in 16 days.

Good luck on that Robb. I have leveled out around 185 for over a year. I once got under 180(which is my goal) right before Christmas last year, but haven't seen that number since.

Hang in there big guy, I feel your pain. 14 pounds, we can probably just chop off one of your hobbit feet, that might work:)

And just a small word to all the coaster people out there. If Robb can lose weight you can too. Motivation is the key, and I think this is great motivation for anyone out there. Everyone is different and loses weight differently. So Robb I think this is awesome...(been gone from the site for awhile and just now catching up on stuff.)

Can't wait to see the smoking hot bod Robb when I see you in 14 days...

^ Got to build yourself up so you can attract a chick to screw as you suck down your Vault Icee.

I dont even kid. I can very much respect that goal!

Anyway, I agree with Casey. Everyone loses weight differently. Keep up the good work Robb. You're still on schedule, as far as I'm concerned.

Exactly. As much as people may tell me "oh, this isn't the way to do it" I really don't know any other way that works for me.

I'm one of those people where I need to have a bit of pressure on me to get something done. I couldn't do one of these "lose 2 pounds a week for 15 weeks" diets because it just doesn't happen quick enough. I'd say "screw it" after a few weeks of not having bigger results.

So I think this will work out really well for me.

It's roughly 30 pounds I need to drop (really it's closer to 40) so if I can lose than it a month, I know I'll feel a LOT better about myself and will be able to lose the rest.

And who knows, maybe after this thread I'll start the "10 Pounds in 10 days" thread!

Hey, don't get bummed if the progress slows up. You're still progressing and that says a lot, especially through a holiday season known for packing a few pounds on people. Besides, you've accomplished more in a couple weeks than most do in years...and it's still going. Keep that perspective handy during the down times.

You'll make it. It may not be as fast as you would like, but you'll make it, especially if you're at this point.

No one-liners or bullshift. This is heart felt man.
