I found those quite easy... but then, I'm currently signed off on 11 Disney attractions.

Observations:

BTMR, assuming it's the same for Paris, should be able to run 5 trains. It'd also be a lot harder if it cascade stopped like in real life. Basically, you can't back up more than the spot right behind the station... for Paris it might be 2 spots, the lift and holding spot, but yeah. Adding track switch controls like the real deal would be cool too, and maybe a block reset function. Unfortunately this one kept bugging out on me, and people wouldn't go to both stations.

The Space one is kinda lame, I'm pretty sure Paris has at least 4 trains and it felt kinda slow.

I think the Tower of Terror one is an awesome little simulation, though I don't think it's accurate to the number of vehicles either. It also bugged out on me when I tried going from 2 to 3 elevators. It was pretty easy on Busy once I got the TV rooms decently offset in their timing, and it's totally limited by the track open light on the elevators.

The Phantom Manor one was nice and pretty fun, though if the show in the elevator was much longer it'd make it a bit harder and more realistic. It's definitely accurate in spirit to the real thing, where the capacity is limited by the buggies in 2-elevator operation. I'm assuming PM is like the WDW Mansion, where the elevators are just ceilings and not actual elevators like Disneyland?

Also, "Show All" in the flash right-click menu fixed the window size issue for me, maybe that'll help the folks missing elevator controls?

I really wish I knew Flash and stuff like this, cause a serious, 100% realistic simulation would be really, really fun to make...

^Phantom Manor is hard because it doesn't show all the options in that window. Go here instead and it should open up in a different window, then just extend the window down and you have the option to load/start/unload the elevators. Hope that helps.

Thanks so much!

That was my problem...I didnt see the unload elevator button

Now, since I've mastered Phantom Manor, I'm pretty good at all the rides...But ToT is my favorite because that one takes the most brains to do

^^ I know its a bit late to say this but if you right click and click zoom in, right click again and zoom out, it fits the window perfectly!

BTW For some reason Phantom Manor seems to be a bit choppy for me when I start the doom buggies, does anyone else have this problem?

EDIT: Has anyone noticed the mistake with the BTMR simulator, when you open station 2 it is atually closed and vice versa

Wow, I'm actually really good at ToT...I usually run one tv room and two elevators...The one ride I can't figure out is Haunted Mansion...(And I always thought that was the easiest ride to operate!)

heh, i have all 3 elevators going, with 2 tv rooms! each has a perfect sequence... It's really annoying when you miss out a function or something, it completely throws everything!

^^ Thats what I did (I was stumped for 10 min trying to work out why no-one was using station 2)

same, i kept clicking the lights to show it was in use, then i looked at maintenance and was like ooooooh.

p.s how long did it take for you to make those? because i got a list of rides i wanna op

^ Mansion's not much harder. Both are walkers. With Spaceship Earth however, you have to pray for the ride to not break down. It's a steep hike to the top.

Note to self: never becoma a Disney Ride-Op!

That was the hardest thing I've done ever.

It's hard if your running it by yourself. These simulations, if anything, shows the importance of a team. And to always respect cast members.

SM's queue keeps freezing on me- its happened several times. Also I don't seem to be able to get enough of a queue backup on any of the coasters to warrent two stations.

In fact why do almost all Disney Coasters have two stations? Even EE has a separate load and unload doesn't it. Is SM-DL the only one that loads/unloads in the same place with only one station?

^I didn't realize that the Tokyo SM was the same as the DL one- I thought it was only done that way in DL because they did not have room for a full clone.

Come to think of it Splash loads like a normal park though that isn't really a coaster

I played with these games for about and hour and something really wiered happened to me - I got really sick, like fainting and wiered sensation in my head and eyes. I never felt anythinng like that after playing a pc game and it took me few hours to get back together.

Did anyone experience anything like that ?
