P. 32: "100% Wolf" family coaster and themed land announced!

I love seeing those traditional style track sections pop up on the new premiers again. Wish I could say that about the most recent styling of their trains.. Regardless I love this layout and it should be a fantastic addition! Seems like just what the park needed.

^I quite liked the design of the old trains too. They looked kind of chunky but there was something that made them great (I think being longer also made them more visually appealing)

Why those side-covers though? Last month, the park said there would be no covers and no seatbelts.

Posted

^Yeah I don't really see what's the point. The seats themselves seem pretty supporting (laterally) but then I've never tried those.

FT @ SFMM has those same side-covers. Doubt it's for any type of themeing. Stickers that say Sky Scream/Holiday Park maybe.....

It's a reach guard to prevent people from touching things they shouldn't be touching and potentially injuring themselves.

The flume has a bit of a "Parc Asterix" vibe to it.

I didn't realise this part of the ride would have a tunnel.

You could see that on the scale model:

Gosh the launch looks fast! I wonder if that is right out of the station (one launch) or after the first two launches (like superman at SFDK). Either way, this looks amazing, and the construction has flew by.

Yes, this definitely beats the hell out of the old Vekoma coaster it replaced. I like Premier's launched rides.

Does anyone happen to know how many brake fins there are on the after the roll on SUF at SFDK? Because this one appears to go through the roll a bit faster so I'm wondering if the number of fins is the same or not, just out of curiosity.

By the way, there is a video on Coasterfriends from inside the station of a test run.

It seems like this one have more of a "downward slope" going through the roll.

It is most likely an adjustment since the prototype, to avoid this.
