How was your day today?

Well am going to start a thread that hopefully will last a long time as long as people post. It just a post so you can tell ever TPR member how your day was... today, and the day after that, and the day after, and the day after.... you get the idea. Have fun! 8)

My day today was normal...

 

-Wake up at 6am

-Take Metro bus 81 and 485 to work (trip time 1hr,10mins)

-Work in file room at courthouse for 4hrs non-stop... lord help me!

-Eat lunch at Cal State L.A. for 30min because of time contraints...(lunch is an hour and the shuttle passes every 5-10 mins)

-Go back to work at the basement of the courthouse for 3hrs puting boxes in order. (YUCK!)

-Take Metro bus 485 and 81 back home at 5pm

-Arrive home at 7.15pm (and yes the way back home is longer due to traffic!!!)

-Then check TPR for updates, then email, then myspace.com, the gamespot.com, then wellsfargo.com, then ebay.com and lastly paypal.com

-After that check to see if there's a dodger game on

-Later practice the drums for 30mins...(by this time it's around 9pm)

-Then I took a shower

-Then I ate dinner...(hot pockets) yum!!!

-Then went to my room and played playstation 2 (MLB2006, FIFA 2005)

-And lastly am here writing this post before I go to bed and stare at the celling for 2hrs and then fall asleep.

 

 

As you can See I have all bored you with my life so I hope you do the same for me and everyone else... Have fun!

Second, it is 08:00am here in Germany, and I have to go to work, which means, my day starts at this moment, but I will tell you later how the day was!

Hmm let's see ..

 

Worked until 7am (damn nights, ending soon tho)

Got home around 7:30am .. listened to the never-ending complaints from the better half

Packed and took a shower

Went to Kroger for some food and needs for this weekend

Drove to met friends for lunch at noon

Got home around 1:45pm

Slept til 7

Stopped by Pharmacy to get my drugs

Came to work

Working til 5am

Getting on plane at 6:50am

 

I'm dead tired.

Fell asleep at 1:00am

Woke up at 7:00am

Got kids up and ready for school

Took kids to school at 7:50am

Took car for service at 8:30am

Got home at 9:00am

Watched Gilmore Girls from last night

Watched Amazing Race from last night

Had some lunch at about 12:00

Took a shower

Vacummed the house

Got the kids from school at 1:54pm

Left for work at 3:00pm

Got to work at 3:30pm

Started class at 5:30pm

Went to lunch at 7:30pm

Still in class at 11:30pm

 

And tomorrow it will all start over. Just substitute Gilmore Girls and Amazing Race for Lost, Alias and South Park and it will pretty much look the same.

Went to the store to pick up a few things on my way home

Got up at 6.30 AM.

Arrived at school at 8.15 AM.

Started todays easy exam(!) at 9 AM.

Started mind-crushing hard part of math exam 10 AM.

Finshed exam at 1 PM.

Arrived at home 2.15 PM

No idea what'll happen now.

Well...Today I had three rude wake ups before 8:40.

 

First one was around 6:30am, I had my window open all night and they were doing work over at the commons across from the pedestrian walkway that goes between the residential halls and the commons. Anyway, the trucks were making loud noises and at one point it sounded like one of the trucks just broke.

 

Second one was my cell phone. Now when someone calls me and wakes me from a deep sleep, it takes me 5-10 seconds to realize that the phone is ringing. So right when I got to the phone it stopped and it was an 860 number that I didn't know and they didn't leave a voice mail.

 

Third, my rooomates alarm clock. He set his alarm clock to 8:30 and he blasts the music but the reception is not that perfect, so it's loud staticy music which annoys the hell out of me.

 

I can't wait for the weekend.

Today I had two interviews/resume drop-offs, and it looks like I'm pretty much guaranteed to be a server at the Prarie Ink Cafe in McNally Robinson Bookstore, and be a Flag Person! How tubular is that.

 

Yesterday I smoked some Sheesha for the first time at the Cafe Med Lounge, it was pink lemonade flavored and sheeshalicious! It felt much healthier than drinking.

I had the worst day ever. Today was State Festival for high school choirs, and it was three counties/ two hours away from my school.

-5:30 wake-up

-6:30 begin Tour Bus Ride of Doom. The driver was really agressive in his driving, and I was actually getting airtime, which really should not happen on a highway, in a bus. This insanity continued for nearly two hours, ensuing in the driver yelling at my choir director for telling him the proper directions, which he refused to follow, resulting in us having to back-track for quite a while. At one point, the driver was driving so maniacally that one of the girls actually threw up.

-8:30 arrive at Huntington High School, somewhere in Calvert County (I'm presuming Huntington?) and go in to auditorium to wait until Treble Choir performance.

-9:00 watch my school's other choir, Chamber, perform. They do an amazing job.

-10:00 my choir, Treble, performs. We don't do that great, missing cutoffs, hitting incorrect pitches, and not showing emotion.

-10:10 Trebles go into sightreading, and completely fail to correctly sing even one measure of the exercise, thus humiliating my director. We walk out of the sightreading room humiliated, and upset.

-11:30 we get back on to Tour Bus of Doom, and Ms. Searle breaks the news to use that we got a 5 in sightreading, which is the absolute lowest score. It is very rare that any group gets lower than a 3, so it was obvious how terrible at sightreading we are.

-12:00 Ms. Searle announces to the bus full of extremely hungry kids that we can not go to the mall for food, but rather must return to school, due to the bus driver complaining that he had to drive us from Germantown to wherever Festival was, and that he "didn't feel like taking us anywhere for lunch, so we would have to suffer." The driver then begins to cuss Ms. Searle out, thus almost reducing her to tears.

-1:15 we return to school, hungry, angry, and humiliated. Ms. Searle is absolutley livid and tells us to just go home and get food, instead of worrying about going to class, stating that she would take responsibility for us not being in class for eighth period.

-1:45 I arrive home, after getting a ride to Burger King to get something t eat (chicken sandwich, no mayonaisse, french fries, and sweet'n'sour sauce)

I have been home since then, and nothing else has happened. But considering I was furious at the bus driver for being such an idiot (did it ever occur to him that it was his job to transport people where they need to go, and that he was getting paid to do it? I guess not.), and ashamed for doing so badly in Festival, this has officially been my worst day ever.

Counseling appointment 3-4pm

Drove home and got lunch

Took a nap

Went to a concert at 9pm with my friend

Got home at 11pm

Hung out with my friend and watched Conan til' she left...maybe 11:45?

Went to sleep at some point after that.

9.00 went on the computer

9.30 recived a phoine call from my frend sam telling me that he going to palmerstion north at 10.30

9.30-10.30 ran round the house like a mad chicken putting the washing out makeing my bed feeding harry (my turtle) opening up curtens geting money from mum

10.35 sam picked me up

11.30 got to palmerstion north had mcdondalds for lunch

12.00 went blowing

2.10 went to movies

4.00 went to had alook at some shops

5.00 went to timezone (araced)

5.30 went home

6.30 arived home

6.35 came on here

7.00 started to read this thered

7.15 started to read super cracks day them mum said were going to get dinner

7.30 ate dinner

7.45 came back on here

8.50 computer froze

9.30 went to bed

and thats was my day

I headed off to my friends house to check his wireless internet to get it to work and grabbed my laptop

Got internet working in a snap

Hoverboarded for a few hours

Went with my friend to pick up his sis

Now typing this on the boards of what I've done so far today.

Realized I pulled a muscle in my lower back and it hurts like crazy...something's definitely pulling

Came home and fired up the computer

Wondered why the site's going slow tonight

Cleared off a memory card for a fieldtrip with my brother's class tomorrow

And finally, changing and heading off to bed when I get tired

Headed off to the Tech Museum with a busload of noisy kids and loads of airtime on the freeway

Checked in at museum

Saw the first suspended Morgan Coaster track section* Built a coaster on the computer while wishing they used NL and made it pull 18 g's and it failed...some little kid's design valleyed and pumped like crazy

Played with some ginormous coaster wheel that was out on display

Watched an IMAX film about the Nile (Pretty sweet screen!)

Ate lunch

Checked out more exibits

Rode the escalator while my brother was influenced by "The Funky Escalator Ride" and began dancing around

Checked the kids in at the bus

Headed back home the scenic route and passed PGA...DropZone looks like a dwarf now, since last time I saw it in person was 6 years ago

Got a massive headache in the bus due to screaming kids attempting to get big rigs to honk at them

Finally arrived back to the school

Headed home

Got on the computer

11:30 - 12 - Had lunch with the guys

12 - 12:30 - Hung out in Josh's room and played Halo

1 - 2:00 - Had Pyschology

2 - 2:15 - Talked with my psychology teacher and got complemented that I'd make a great teacher someday

4:30 - 5 - Had lunch

6:00 - 7:00 - Studied with my friend Ashley for our chapter 12 test tomorrow in Organization and Management

8:50 - 9:50 - Worked on my Digital Imaging Final in the Computer Lab

10 - 11 - Watched Judging Amy

11 - 11:30 - Studied a bit for the organization and management test tomorrow

 

My day was F***king busy!!!!

also gotta love the room rate discounts I get to use going to different parks around the country!!!!
