Nrthwnd Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 I thought Diamond Mine Run at Magic Springs was really good. It had better theming than most kiddie coasters, was quite smooth, and the first drop had some kick for being so small. We rode it more than any of the big coasters, though to be fair, it was also because it had the only decent ride op in the whole park. That looks like the same exact layout as our kids' coaster. With less trees around it, lol. Must be the same company that made both.
A.J. Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 Miler makes the best kids' coasters. Kozmo's Kurves is boss.
XII Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 Not counting the coasters in this thread that clearly aren't kiddy coasters, Dog Fart Coaster @ Bon Bon Land. Easily the best kiddy coaster.
larrygator Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 Gravity Roller Coaster at Schnepf Farms.
coasterkid124 Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 Kozmo's Kurves has better airtime than some big coasters despite its small size. Bear Trax is another Miler coaster that is a good kiddie coaster. It is at Seabreeze in New York and has a nice little layout and setting.

Not having ridden it, I have to say I would agree- it looks like fun, more than most kiddies you see. The PNE model looks fun too, I will have to try it when I finally make it up there! Also this is funny: Model name is just a bit outdated Are there any true kiddie woodies still around?

Hot Springs doesn't quite have the same level of culture that Vancouver does.

Jedi_man Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 (edited) Woodstock Express at Kings Island, if it is a 'kiddie coaster'. Wild Thing gets an honorable mention for being the tallest kiddie coaster. Edited May 17, 2016 by Jedi_man
The Angry Darren Mullins Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 Rollo Coaster at Idlewild is #1. Bear Trax at Seabreeze, Galaxy Express at Fantawild Dreamland in Zhengzhou and Lil' Dipper at Camden Park are also very good.
azza29 Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 My pick would be for Kozmo's Kurves, looks far tamer than it rides. Gadget's Go Coaster at Tokyo DIsney is another great kiddie coaster, standard Vekoma Junior layout but beautifully themed.
RAWKIN_coaster38 Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 I really enjoy the super janky random ones that literally feel like they are going to fall apart because someone over 70 pounds decided to ride them.
