I think it boils down to courtesy and respect. If he rides a bunch of times like any other guest and doesn't act up about it then I don't have an issue with it. Sure I think he's insane and should branch out and do other things with his time but I'm sure he doesn't care about my opinion. If he's expecting special treatment and inconveniencing other guests and staff members though it's a different story. The entitlement frustrates me!

Without doing anything libellous(!) I don't see this going too well. Obviously all we know is hearsay and the truth will presumably come out in court but I was under the impression that the restraint got a green light on dispatch and returned to the station in the same place, the issue being the bar wasn't touching the riders thighs per the manufacturers guidelines?

One the Avatar land opens I'd assume they'd put one back to "re-validate" the park. It says the old one ran for 13 years so I'd say they got their moneys worth out of it!

I'm not really a souvenir person but I caved for the Nagashima Spa Land "Engrish" cup. I love that thing!

Got my tickets for the Book of Mormon this week! I got enough people together to get a group discount, can't wait

^ I don't think that coaster has "bad" design, it's a crazy mess of steel and you don't know where you're going next, that's great! Bad design would be the random bit of Shockwave at Drayton Manor that's just a straight piece of track connecting sections of the ride.

What's with these animatronic dinosaur things over the last few years? Looks like they're putting one in here too!

It's great seeing everything moving along nicely! It reminds me of watching the updates for the original park a few years ago

^I'd assume it a calculated move and as such there's probably good financial reasoning for it. In that case we could see Six Flags do something similar.

^The swarm is nicely themed, there's a lot of attention to detail in the ride area and the interactions are decent but the ride itself is pretty forceless. I've been on a few of these now and I can't say I'm overly impressed. They offer the opportunity for great theming but that's about it for me, the restraints have absolutely killed me on occasion and I didn't really feel like I was getting a good experience for the pain!

Always the most reassuring thing to read about a new ride!

It's nice to see that parks are still investing in these. Some of the more hilarious TPR trip moments have been thanks to wacky obstacle courses, hopefully that'll continue with this overhaul

when you see the catwalk at the top you get real perspective of how absolutely huge this thing is. As I've said before, this will be the first ride in about 10 years to genuinely scare the crap out of me!!

Two supposed enthusiasts seem to have fallen for it so I'd say the attachment rate amongst the GP wouldn't be inconsiderable! I often see articles from the Onion either believed or convincingly trolled on FB, always amusing!
