  1. Awww, now you're making me want to go back there even more!!!
  2. Wow! I never realized all these things are in the Dells! It's a cooler town than I realized!
  3. WOW!!! At first when Is aw it I thought "Well, that's a cute little kiddie coaster". But seeing the videos of it was jaw-dropping! That looks insanely fast and fun! And that one turn is almost 90 degrees! Sweet!
  4. Uhm, is it just me, or is the lady in that one picture standing up?
  5. Awesome TR! I want to go back to the Dells one day. See all the things I missed the first time around and allt he new additions.
  6. G-bwuh?! How come the groudn the park is built on isn't square? I mean... The map edges aren't a square shape.
  7. Wow! What cool TRs! Thanks for sharing! Makes me kinda want to visit New Zealand And cool! A cinema 180! I thought my home park was the only park with one of those.... The one at my home park is so old and plain I thought it was just a park-built attraction. Inside they have a couple of folding chairs, and they just project reallyold coaster videos on the wall. What is the one at Rainbow's end like?
  8. Heh heh... I think I'll keep some of the aces up my sleeve for whenever I decide to upload a video, or a park download file to show you what those rides are all about. I'll just say that no, those are not spiral coaster cars on that mine train. Or any other RCT coaster's cars, for that matter.
  9. Well, I don't post alot of my RCT3 parks on TPR, but the ones I do post about are ones that I try to put extra effort into and make praticularly interesting. My previous two RCT3 projects being the "met-an-untimely-demise-by-the-hand-of-a-reformat" Fakeland: Japan and the released Incrediworld. And now it's time for my next project to begin... ----------------------------------------------- EMPORIUM STUDIOS! This is the view that greets you as you enter the park. It's not the biggest or most impressive entrance plaza ever, but there's definately something about the sight of the Time Machine and Detonator hanging over the midway that gives you the warm n' fuzzies. The Time Machine takes up two buildings, and between them passes over the midway. It's really nice to see all the people hanging scared before getting sucked into the unknown. And of course, behind it is detonator. The park's freefall drop tower. Watch it loom over you. LOOOOOOOOM. Unsuspecting riders getting ready to take a plunge. Back at the entrance plaza, the sun creates a beautiful view of the monorail station. A closer look at it. Thunder bobs. Next up is Rocky Mountain Rush. The park's mine train rollercoaster. The queue passes through the middle of the ride, and under the monorail. The oh-so-safe looking trains. view from the top of the first drop. Back at the Time Machine's main building, we take a look at a car about to enter the vortex. The queue line offers a nice view of it. TIIIIIIME TRAVEELLLLLLLL!!! I won't give away all the ride's secrets but at some point you fly over a dark area with lots of trees... ...AND GET ATTACKED BY JEFF JOHNSON! Looking down at the midway. More updates coming... Whenever!
  10. I apologize if I missed it Robb. I had no intention of repeating myself. It's just that I throughly read the replies by you and Elissa, the first time I thought the reply was accidently overlooked, and the second time I felt that one of my points was misunderstood. The third post was made as clarficiation on that point. It was not my intention to triple-post. Also, like I said, I fully trust you and Elissa to find a crowdpleasing solution. I have no doubt in you, because I saw first hand how well you two organized the Midwest trip. I was simply trying to present the problem I had in mind so you can take it into consideration while finding said solution. I apologize if I came off as inappropiate. It really wasn't my intention.
  11. Hmmm... I guess that makes sense and would be best for all parties involved, considering there's only so many people here in a similar situation. Thank you.
  12. Note: Before I start rambling I'd like to say that if I'm the only one with this issue then feel free to ignore all I'm about to say. I don't expect you to change this thing just for me, obviously. But it's something to keep in mind in case I'm not the only one. I realize what you said, but considering all of the discounts premium membership will get me are for parks outside my country, which I see maybe once or twice every two years. Or events that I never ever get to go to(considering the chances of them happening when I'm traveling and at the place I'm traveling to are pretty slim), I'm basically being asked to pay $50 for a $15 TPR store credit, a private forum, and avoiding being put on the "B-list" for TPR trips. And while those three things are things I'd love to have, I don't know if $50 seems like a fair price for them. If it doesn't make financial sense to pay $50 for a private forum, $15 store credit, and a once-every-two-years-park-ticket-discount then I feel like I'm basically being asked to pay $50 or else I get put on the list of people who have even less chance to be able to get on a trip than I do now. So for me it's not so much a matter of if it existed I wouldn't be on the waitlist. It's more of a matter of, if I stayed a regular member, because of the reasons stated above, I would have even less of a chance of being able to make it on a trip.
  13. Robb, what about us International members who have little-to-no use for the premium membership perks, but could end up having less of a chance to be on the trips if choosing not to pay the $50 fee? I don't know how many people have this concern besides me, and I'm sure whatever it is you have a great solution, it would just put my mind at ease to understand what it is better.
  14. Oh my gosh! I jsut saw this park for the first time... IT IS AMAZING!!! You should be so proud of yourself! One of the most incredible RCT2 projects I've ever seen! When will these rides be avalible for download?
  15. Yup, I do. They're all listed right down here below the signature. | | | V
  16. Hopefully this will help address that concern: This still doesn't solve the problem for non-premium members who have less of a chance of making it on a trip to begin with. Regardless of if the trip is full of premiums or not. Seeing as I don't live in the US or UK I have very little use for any of the other perks, so I feel if there was premium membership you'd basically be telling me "Pay $50 or get B-listed".
  17. 1. What are your initial thoughts? I am not very happy to hear about this concept. Personally, I would not benefit from this, and if anything, it would hurt my TPR experience to have this created. 2. Can you think of anything else we could be offering? Not really. 3. Is this something that interests you? No. 4. Why would you NOT be interested in this? I live in a country where no TPR trips are held(or can be expected to be held in the near future), and where there isn't any park magor enough for TPR to bother setting up a discount with. I don't get to visit coaster events, because they're abroad as well. I only travel abroad about once every two years, and the money I would be spending on premium membership will be a larger sum than the amount I'll save on park tickets/park trips. And seeing as I don't have alot of reasons to buy it, I would just end up getting shoved out to the "Regular member" waiting room for the trips, which will decrease my chances. Plus, a special premium member forum feels very unnecessary, and like it would cause seperation for no reason. 5. Any additional feedback you can give us based on the information you see here. If anything I think international membership should be cheaper, because international visitors have less use for event and park discounts.(Discluding places like the UK, obviously)
  18. Wow! These are astonishing! Such a fantastic job! I really admire your dedication and patience... So many times I've tried drawing park maps and ran out of steam halfway through (unless they were on, like, an A5 piece of paper). I'm also an artist, and I hope that one of my steps on the way to becoming a famous cartoonist will be drawing a map for a park. (And as long as we're on the subject, I'm a graphic design student too!)
  19. Wow, okay, that's definately interesting, to say the least.
  20. ^In communist China, Comments take YOU. Wow, okay, the beijing water cube, along with some cool new amsuement parks, and now a chocolate theme park... I think I might have to start considering a trip to china in the future.
  21. Peersonally I LOVE the idea of a pinball theme, but from what I've seen in pictures, it's not a very extensive one. Only a couple of bumpers in the middle of a helix... No?
  22. Rides here have an age limit too... They're hardly justified. Are they seriously marketing this as the scariest caoster ever? Man... This seems like it's going to be one of those summer blockbusters that has months of huge hype buzzing on about it, and then duds in the box office as soon as it opens. Is Alton really smart for overhypign the coaster this much? Sure, alot of people have heard about it by now and alot of people are going to show up o begin with, but aren't diappointed park guests a big PR no-no? ^Strange that the corkscrew would be there... And not as a dotted line, at that. Nor is the lift or any of the track next to the corkscrews.
  23. Jumping ride tokens, Batman! I had no idea London goes so all-out crazy during the holiday sseason! That looks AWESOME! Is the Galaxi new? I'm wondering where the one from my home park went.
  24. ^Has a FAIL finding FAIL. < Tries to fail at failing. V Is more of a dark ride person.
  25. ^LOL! I can just imagine some super spy sattelite up in the sky with the RCDB logo on it.
