  1. How about this one here in Pontiac, MI called Erebus. It held the record as the longest walk-through haunted house in the world for 4 years. I've never been through it, but I hear it is SUPER good! I'm kind of a baby when it comes to haunted houses, but who knows, this may be the year that I actually check it out. Here's to hoping that I don't punch someone in the face!
  2. Dammit Caesar, I don't want this to be over! I wish there were more updates to be added. Even though your photos suck, I'm pretty sure you're my new favorite caption-er (is that a word?). I'm totally kidding, you had some great photos. I seriously had some LOL moments through all of your updates. It was great meeting you on the trip. I had some great laughs with you, and sometimes at you, but they were great either way. Hope we can cross paths soon on another TPR trip or even a bash. F*ck this sh*t, I'm outta here!
  3. ^ What a great story! I may or may not have gotten a little teary eyed just reading it. You did a fine job of explaining the story. Makes perfect sense. This was another awesome update, Benny! You've got some really good photos!
  4. Thanks for sharing this, Derek! I've heard of Lagoon before, but never actually knew anything about it. Looks like a great little park. I'll second what Chuck said up there ^. If I'm ever out that way, I'll be sure to make an effort to get to this place!
  5. Another great update, Steve! I think I could have parked my butt on the beach at Old Orchard and been perfectly content the whole day! Although, that Excalibur night ERT was pretty damn fun!
  6. ^^ How about "I'm 40 and can't Ctrl my drinking!"
  7. ^ & ^^ I totally forgot all about the magical leg room seats! We had no problem giving them up. Hell, I could barely touch the ground in the normal seats, haha! Can't wait to see you guys again! Steve - I agree, it is a pretty dumb policy, especially when it isn't consistently followed!
  8. I wont vote, as I haven't been on all of them YET, but I will say that out of all the one's that I have ridden, my favorite is either Thunderhead, or maybe Ozark Wildcat (RIP ). Although, Kentucky Rumbler is pretty damn good, too! I suck at picking favorites!
  9. I don't think I've given your TR's any love yet, Steve. You've got some great photos! That's a real bummer about the crazy Bizarro height thing, though. I hadn't heard anything about it 'till I just read through your TR. Inconsistencies; gotta love 'em! You could look at it through a glass half full kind of way though, and think if it wasn't for their inconsistencies, you might not have been able to ride it in the morning either. Either way, loving your reports, and I'm excited to see the rest! P.S. It was great meeting you and Jen. I had some good laughs sitting next to you two on the bus rides!
  10. I don't even drink and I had a blast at the alcohol exchange! It was just nice to be able to bullsh!t and hang out with everyone at the same time. Not gonna lie, I was pretty bummed when we pulled up to the hotel and it didn't have power, but it was damn fun and ended up being one of, if not my favorite night of the trip. Good times! You've documented it well, Benny!
  11. Hey Benny, I'm here to admit something. I actually thought that Palace Playland and Funtown Splashtown were one in the same park as well. Shhh... don't tell anyone! Haha Anyway, these were a great couple of updates. I loved Old Orchard Beach, and Funtown Splashtown was a blast, minus the bazillion mosquito's that were attacking everybody!
  12. This is a great start, Werner! I've been really excited to see your photos. Can't wait for the rest! Hope all is well, man! Not sure if you check you Facebook often, but I sent you a message on there today.
  13. Well, my trip was somewhat of a success. Tim Thomas was already gone by the time I got there (had to wait for my roommate to get out of work!). We missed his speech, and obviously didn't get to see him, but I did get to see these, anyway. I was still super pumped! I really wanted to get a photo of myself with the trophies, but the police were hurrying people right along. I barely had enough time to snap this photo with my phone, and one with my regular camera. Oh well. I guess I'll have another chance next year when the Red Wings bring the Stanley Cup back home. In order from left to right: The Conn Smythe Trophy, The Stanley Cup, and the Vezina Trophy.
  14. It was even felt here in Michigan. My roommate felt it when he was at work, and apparently a bunch of people around here were calling 911 to report the shaking they were feeling. I didn't feel a thing, myself.
  15. ^ I thought the same exact thing!
  16. I'm going to see Tim Thomas and the Stanley Cup tomorrow!!!
  17. Depending on my work situation, and if I can catch one of those cheap $9 flights through Spirit, I may try and make it down for this. I REALLY wanna ride Cheetah Hunt!
  18. Reason number 1,001 to get back to Europe and Europa Park!
  19. Loving the TR so far, Benny! It's cool to see these places through other peoples eyes. Even though we were there at the same time, we seem to have had some different experiences. I wish we could go back to New York and spend about a week just exploring the city, and eating more pizza. Looking forward to the rest of your photos!
  20. Good job, Caesar. You continue to entertain me, although I must say... I'm a bit disappointed that I'm not seeing more photos of myself in your report. Way to go! It's a good thing you come up with these witty captions!
  21. This is a great report! I wish I would have found more time to talk and hang out with you guys, other than the few words that we exchanged. Next time. There's always next time! Looking forward to the rest of your photos!
  22. If I find out this was meant for Michigan's Adventure I'm going to start throwing things. You and me, both!
  23. I'm loving this TR, Caesar! You've got some funny ass captions. New York was amazing and I'd love to go there and just spend a week exploring. Looking forward to the rest, man!
  24. ^ Do we get to see a pic of it?
