I still don't understand why Houston would need two minor league teams... I still don't understand why LA or NY need two Major League Baseball Teams.... That's a terrible comparison. The Angels are in Anaheim, with a local population base of 3 million in Orange County. The LA/OC region has a total population of 13 million. The Mets are in Queens (local population of 2.3 million for JUST that borough), and the Yankees are in the Bronx (1.4 million). The region? Almost 20 million. Houston? 2 million in the city and 6 million for the entire region. Going to be tough for them to support two minor league teams with a smaller population base. Though you could argue the Astros already are their second minor league team...

Nothing they do is going to "crush" Potter. Anything Disney does to compete with Potter will only add to someone's trip. DCA had a record year the same year USH had a record year with Transformers, so I don't see why this would be any different...

Just got back from one of the Blink 182 10th anniversary shows for the untitled album. They still sound great live, though their energy on stage has been toned down. Travis Barker still kills it though.

Quick update: The Minion Mayhem facade is coming along quite nicely. It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood... Miss Hattie's Home for Girls is represented too!

The phrase "beauty is only skin deep" applies here. It's nice that they are phasing out the plastic trash cans and keeping the park clean, but that is one HUGE element for anyone to overlook when it comes to park cleanliness. So it wasn't running great?

This is like the extra kick in the nuts that reminds you Halloween is gone and the next holiday season has started.

^That hurts in the computers, but the human polls used will knock a late season loss more. Of course, if FSU loses it will also be to an unranked team, so that would eliminate them. If Alabama loses to Auburn, then wins the SEC championship game...they're still in as a 1-loss team over Stanford and possibly Ohio State because of their weak schedule. But Stanford is going to lose to USC, so it won't matter (or so I'd like to think!)...
