Half joking, half hoping they leave the q-bot name in place! -

Access-Bot doesn't quite sound as catchy as Q-bot. -
So…uhh…this Richie Icognito story is getting crazy. It's reminding me of the "code red" in "A Few Good Men." Now the team is at the point where everyone is trying to get their stories straight, since they know they all played a hand in it...

Considering the absolute cheapest night was $39 as an annual pass holder, there is no way to say that $129 for TEN nights was not a great value. Someone will gladly snatch up the pass you do not plan to buy next year. I don't think this was was the strongest lineup, but Walking Dead, Evil Dead, and Insidious are three of the best haunts I've been through. Black Sabbath had awesome 3D visuals too. Monsters Remix is fun, but still just House of Horrors with more characters. El Cucuy is a great concept, but you could barely hear the narration. Bill & Ted's dragged on for too long this year anyways.

^The lift could easily double as a film reel... As for the other two rides, maybe these were two rides creditors were able to take back? -

Cedar Point had similar terrible policies when I last visited. Drove me nuts, and cost me the credit run to Geagua Lake, since a second day at Cedar Point was needed. -

Sounds like they are getting a sweet deal.

^Kalahari was also developed by a guy who sold his properties to Nick Laskaris, so if his goal was to force everyone else out of business, he didn't do a very good job by essentially funding the competition. -

Taking advantage of the situation? Mt. Olympus is definitely not the highest quality theme park, but he's consistently invested in new things and bought out businesses that may have otherwise folded on their own. Or in the one case, the guy used the money to build a brand new resort. -

I never cease to be amazed by the German fair circuit. The amount of detail that goes into the rides, the size of the rides, and the more intense programs are incredible! -

Aside from it looking like his wife didn't spend much money on a hairstylist, who cares what he does with his money? It is his family business, he can do whatever he wants with it. Clearly keeping costs down through hiring sketchy ride operators and not going above and beyond with maintenance are part of his business model, and so long as people keep coming to the Dells and visiting... -
^^Carter is now laughing from the IR. Luckily Toffoli and Vey are solid prospects to kind of fill the void.

Finally getting around to my HHN review: 1. American Warewolf in London: Fantastic! The puppets were incredible, the sets were great (loved the scale of the tube station and city sets), and the performers were on point. Easily the winner of the night. 2. Resident Evil: I loved this one for the scale of the sets (was that the helicopter from Kong towards the end?) and that the scenes weren't all about scares. I personally enjoyed all the scenes with the RPD vs. zombies and you just being in the middle. The ending scene was fun too. 3. Evil Dead: Did a great job translating the movie. Performers were good. Only downside was the ending. Talk about raining blood, but then raining blood?!? 4. La Llorna: having seen this for two years in Hollywood, I understood the story and really enjoyed it. Great sets and scares. Basically took Hollywood's version and made it bigger. 5. Walking Dead: I haven't seen the show, so I can't fully appreciate all the scenes. Thought it was a solid maze, and really liked the part where you had to get lower to get through. Lost some points for me because unlike Hollywoods version (which could stand on its own as a zombie prison without the WD theme), I felt this one was too WD specific so I didn't fully understand everything. 6. Cabin in the Woods: Great sets. Too short. Touched on the key points of the movie and did great, but felt short and not enough scares. Could have been because we went through early. 7. Havoc: I actually liked the train theme. Made for some good tight space scares. Really liked that the performers had gun props that looked real. Just another one that felt short. 8. Afterlife: Seriously. WTF. Very loose theme of electrocution, but mostly weak 3D effects. Was disappointed.

I never even thought of the possibilities with the magic bands. That's something lots of guests will soon be wearing, so it makes sense to incorporate that into future shows. -
^My point was that there is absolutely no excuse as to why they should not notice this on their own. Sure they will read the comment, but what will they do? Either they have not being doing their job in the first place by checking the restrooms, or someone higher up at KBF doesn't care enough to invest in an essential part of the guest experience (trust me, I know those things aren't cheap---but why pay to install them in the first place if you have no intention to maintain them or keep spares on hand?).

^Exactly. The whole KONY thing comes to mind. As soon as the news finds their next disaster, tragedy, or controversy, no one is going to care about this movie except for animal rights activists.
