^Are you trying to say that none of these: CLICK HERE, are coasters? Well your wrong. Saying shuttle coasters arent coasters is like saying any coaster without a chain lift isnt a coaster. -

Then what do you suppose we call it? If its not a coaster then Im not a guy, and I can assure you Im a guy. Anyways, I think that for the money, Renegade is a VERY nice coaster. I would take it over a lot of other rides any day, and I think the GP will like it too. -
Breaking news! Vekoma discovers.....
CP_RULES replied to BDG's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Why is the wheel design in the pictures an outside-the-track wheel design? Is Vekoma completely revamping? -

Quick question.
CP_RULES replied to thrillrideseeker's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Heres what I mean, the picture below is from the NL editor and the selected node is banked at 90*. However, if you look at the track compared to the ground it seems as if you are inverting (somewhat) though you indeed are only banked 90*. I hope you understand....? -
Quick question.
CP_RULES replied to thrillrideseeker's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Thats no inversion, the banking is only around 92*, but its turned on its side (vertical) so it seems like an inversion. If you play NL youll probably understand my point, but because your turning as your banking like that, your never upside-down. Its an illusion. -

Great to here Freeze is running, I cant wait to go next year with the new coaster and Freeze back up! Is it just me or has SFStL been a lot lower on crowds this season? -

I dont understand why some people act just plain stupid. Why would you be trying to stop the boat at the top of the hill when you know that eventually your going to have to go down one way or another? I dont understand. Im sorry that she got hurt, but Im not sorry it happened, it was her fault. EDIT- 750th POST!! -

^CP is ten (nine) hours from here in Columbia (which is 2hrs from KC) so I dont know how your going to get there in 6-7 without breaking a few laws. Unless you know some sort of cool shortcut that no one else knows..? We just take I-70 all the way into Ohio then take I-75 north into Findlay. Then take some wierdo side highways into Sandusky. Is your route better? -

^I actually have my sights set on SFGadv... lol. Im not saying that the coasters at SFStL are bad, Im just saying its not worth going more than once a year anymore to ride the same coasters Ive ridden so many times before. I really can wait till Im older and can drive wherever I want. -
I like the new boats a lot. Perilous looks REALLY awesome and steep. Any idea what angle that drop is? I have never seen a topspin w/ outward facing seats. Knotts looks like a really cool park, why does everyone hate it so much?

Dont get me wrong, I love SFStL, but they really need something new. Nothing is compelling me to go there anymore, and Im not sure a Gerst. spinner is going to get me to go more than once. Set high hopes on '08 I guess....? Good PTR anyways. -

http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/toolbox Yea, your 3ds werent there, and the track was pretty bad. Lots of pumping jerking and airtimeless hills. Maybe some tools will help (see above link). -

The Intamin Woodie difference (pics)
CP_RULES replied to pkdcoaster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
How exactly is "pre-fab" track different from normal woodie track? Do they make and bend it before hand and ship it in as opposed to making and bending the track on site? And if so, why does that make it so much smoother? Is it becuase the computer is so much more precise as said earlier? Ive always wondered exactly how intamin pre-fab track worked, thanks for the find PKDcoaster. -

NL-Beast Recreation
CP_RULES replied to jmicha's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
It looks accurate from what pictures Ive seen, but I guess I never realised till now how dull and lackluster the ride really is! Maybe its better in real life...? One thing I think simulators cant simulate is that crazy, wild, fun feeling of a good woody.
