CSI TV Roller coaster crash episode 90
Golfie replied to verticalzero's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
... Wait... why was one of the people smiling while they were flying off the track? That was kind of a lame crash, too. The train didn't even get squished or anything. -

Golfie replied to tsmcdon's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^ Probably. Carnival rides... you can just never trust them. Sure, I ride them, but only at my Parish festival Only at the end of the day. -

Oops! I thought I took some pictures of it... some mishaps happened over the day where a couple Raging Bull pictures were accidentally deleted, also. Don't worry, I'll get some for you next time. -

Could you do that for me, too? Anyways, the themeing looking great! -
I was until June 18th this year. I would say, "It goes upside-down!" or "It's really tall" But here's what helped me get over my fears: 1. Even though you don't want to ride, wait in line and hang out with your friends/family. This way, when you get into the station, you're not as nervous and feel more up to riding the ride. 2. You can make yourself get on the ride. For example: I said to myself, "Look, if you don't go on the rides this time, you'll regret it, just like last time. So get it over with and conquer your fears!" 3. Just try it. Waiting in line and going up the lift hill is torture, but after that, you'll be glad you rode the ride. Also, once you get on the ride, the seat is usually comfortable. So just relax and focus on something while you're going up the lift hill. For example, on Raging Bull at SFGAm, I just laid my head back on the headrest and closed my eyes. On Batman: The Ride, I looked at the beautiful view of the park. It makes the lift hill seem a lot quicker. Don't worry - TTD and Kingda Ka are two rides that I would NEVER go on.

I made one to save my park and called it "Chedda Cheese" Just make a random name... like... Super Happy Fun Klot Coaster. -
That ride looks like so much fun! ...too bad it's in Australia I think that you all that are trying to find bad things about the ride are just jealous. Face it - it's a great ride which has more to it than just: FAST! Up up up to 480 feet.... DOWN DOWN DOWN over a HILL and into the BRAKES! <- WOW!!!

Golfie replied to sebastienstuff's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Wow... this has got to be the first death that was because of the ride... that's really unfortunate and I'm suprised that those water rides don't at least have a seat belt. (never riding the river raft rides, I wouldn't know) -
Cedar Point or Islands of Adventure?
Golfie replied to redfoot12's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'd say IOA - they're not getting a new attraction next year. Plus, it is probably worth more to fly to Florida than it is to fly to Ohio. Definitely take the IOA trip. -

I was too lazy... also it cut off a lot of the picture. How about: Just don't forget to rotate your monitor next time! Monday is looking like a great possibility for a trip down there again. Thanks for all the comments on the photos, everyone! By the way, do you guys like it when I do the TR's in third person? Or is that too confusing? -
o.0 I thought you went to UK... wow. Looks like you had a great time! I hope I get to go to Jersey sometime in the future.
-
Don't worry, Zach... I'm probably going to SFGAm on Friday. Looks like you had fun!
-
All that will do is close the ride down and give you a BIG sore.

I think that the new Intamin ride should be launched! I'd be interested to see what you'd do. -

Could you show us a photo that would give us an idea of how big the models are? Also, could you show a close-up picture of some roller coaster track? That looks like a very cool hobby. -
