  1. I forgot...not everyone's verbal irony makes sense to others. Didn't mean to be harsh or anything. Sorry! BTW, I apologize for the semi-cruddy photo quality (the original quality was too high) Ride maintenence was not needed that day, as we only saw Superman E-Stop once and nothing else! (besides Deja)
  2. Although other inversions present amazing sensations (sounds perverted, eh?) I still love vertical loops. Nothing beats 'em. I've only been on one Zero-G roll (on Batman: The Ride) which is nothing like the new ones today (or so I've heard) So I voted for the loop for now.
  3. I LOVE the first drops on mostly all arrows. They give you so much airtime. Anyways, B&M hypers always give great airtime. (Too bad Raging Bull has fin brakes on the third hill or it would have CRAZY airtime!!!)
  4. The first one or two times on the drop, it's torture. Then, it's great. Take Raging Bull for example. The first time I rode it, I hated the drop. The second time, I liked it a little bit. Now, I am obsessed with the ride.
  5. If you want to visit a waterpark, visit the Kalahari. They have a Master Blaster (which is GREAT!) and some other fun slides. I'm not sure how the outdoor slides are since I went in winter, but they look fun, too.
  6. This HAS to be a terrible year for roller coaster deaths and injuries... it's VERY sad. Why do the people have to die on a day that's supposed to be fun?
  7. First time on the drop of Raging Bull - It's so crazy but I love it now. The launch and hold on V2 (at SFGAm)
  8. EH! Wrong answer! I assume you've been on American Eagle? Great TR. No line for S:UF? Someone get me a city hopper! That one doesn't count jk. But V2 is better than AE. The only lines we had to wait were for Raging Bull and S:UF (they were just about 5 minute waits) everything else was awesome.
  9. Learn sarcasm... then come back. Thanks for the complements. It was great having no lines. In the time it took some of us to go on viper once, the other group went on the giant drop twice. BOTH were walk on.
  10. That is the most hillarious thing I've ever read. Literally almost died laughing... I'm starting to get tired of seeing all these heart related fatalities on roller coasters... there's no way to prevent it if you don't know about it... it sucks to have a family member or friend die on a day that's supposed to be fun.
  11. Last Thursday we went to Six Flags. To our surprise, almost every ride was a walk-on ride. It was the greatest day at a theme park in our lives! We also saw a familiar face from the site... Anyways, enjoy! Thanks for going through this belated TR... a trip back at SFGAm is possible in early August, so keep an eye out! Lunch... I mean Launch. Pretzel loop makes me hungry... World's greatest mid-course break run. SIGNATURE MOVE!!! ? Time for some more airtime on RAGING BULL! Oh! There you are!!! HI ZACH! Zach... are you in there? "It's Whizzer time!!!" Zooooom! Vvvvaaaannnnnngggg Woosh... Grrr... I'm ANGRY parasite! GIMME SOME CELLS! IN YO FACE BIZNATCH!!! Around... repeat. ...then down... Raging Bull goes up... Somebody had TOO much time on their hands. Superman THROUGH THE TREES! Random radio tower. Does this count as a credit? One time in a quiet train station... And then it was closed. Hey boys... want some leg? 'Tis where the evil birds rest. We're in Illinois... not Japan. Does that Deja taste good, Kathryn? Now it's time for some lunch. Yes, it's only about 12:00. Can't you just see the pain in his face? And FLYING COW RI... I mean Ricochet. Swinging ship with... HAIRTIME!!! (that's Abby on the left.) Yay for random palm tree leaves! Some wheels for you wheel fanatics out there. Chubasco. lol. HAIRTIME!!! Grrr... I'm CRAZY Raging Bull... GIMME SOME CHURROS! "WE GONNA RIDE THE VIPUH!!!" Apparently, Matt did. Ouch. ...but who wants to ride Demon, anyways? WALK ON!!! Now you only get a Demo... no more Demon for you all. What a rare sight to behold. Oh yeah... attacking the sign will help SO much. WTH?!??????? OPEN ALREADY! Yea...no. [insert caption here] Wait... was that the launch or the people screaming? Clear to launch, goodbye. VROOOOOOOOOM! Weeeeee! And some intamin goodness... best intamin I've ever been on... only intamin I've ever been on -.-; Shaggy and Scooby kept stalking us ALL day. "I greyed-out!" I'm CRAZY red public worker... GIMME SOME CANDY! Then some Batman... everyone Greyed-out again! First we went on Ragin' Cajun which was running the best it has ever run. Zach... are you in there??? Look! No Cars! Yeah... Superman... Lookie lookie! Six Flags! "I like the frappucinos, too!" Matt says, "Nice puffy Casey."
  12. Go onto the atari forums (www.ataricommunity.com) and search for "Marnetmars Leftoverz" or something of that nature... I'll search for a link in a little bit.
  13. I rode the Comet at Hersheypark, PA It's 60 this year! BTW, that was my first coaster! In second place are Whizzer and Demon, both 30 years old this year.
  14. 1. Viper (SFGAm) - This ride is and always will be my most favorite woodie. It has a great layout with tons of airtime that seems like it lasts forever. It's a fast paced ride with a few breaks in it so you have a chance to breathe. 2. Raging Bull (SFGAm) - This is a great ride. For the first B&M hypertwister and it being 7 years old, it's a smooth and well thought out ride. However, the fin brakes take away all the airtime... they suck. 3. Batman: The Ride (SFGAm) - There are two reasons why this ride is awesome: 1 - because it opened in the year I was born. 2 - It's 13 years old and still smooth as a baby's bottom. 4. Gwazi Blue (BGA) - Both Gwazi yellow and blue are great rides, but the blue one has a lot more twists and turns while the yellow one just seems like a filler. The first drop has a ton of airtime for only 90 feet - I love it! 5. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (WDW) - The ride itself isn't that exciting, but the theming is great. From the start with bats flying around you in the pitch black, you know it's another great Disney Ride. 6. Paul Bunyan's Log Flume - This is the longest log flume I've ever been on. Plus, it's not some "let's stick a random log ride in the middle of the park!" thing. This ride has a ton of theming. Plus, the theming is exciting (such as when you start, a tree is falling over your head) 7. Huss Discs - I just love these. 8. Superman: Ultimate Flight (SFGAm) - Okay, sure you might say "it's boring and it only has a pretzel loop and a roll" but this ride is like nothing I've ever experienced before. 9. All rides at the Park at MOA - The atmosphere at The Park at MOA is awesome. It's always warm and you never have to worry about rain, snow, or humidity. It's always 80 degrees and sunny at the park at MOA! 10. Entrancing Light Tunnels (any park) - Take Demon for example at SFGAm.
  15. I think I'm gonna go buy a plastic hard hat at the dollar store and join the boys to do some 'struction. Maybe try to find some more room for the coaster to go in! [/sarcasm]
  16. That slide looks crazy! I remember driving past that waterpark when we were at Disney World. I'd love to go back and visit Blizzard Beach. I must say, you have to visit the Kalahari. They have a HUGE variety of slides. They have: Master Blaster (a water coaster with JETS) A Raft Ride One of those circle raft rides A body slide A tube slide A body bowl 2 kiddie slides And they also have an outdoor one which we didn't get to (since it was the middle of December) I want to go up to the Dells very badly this summer... hopefully that'll happen.
  17. Never been on a ride when it broke down. However, we did have to wait 6 minutes in the rain on Viper because the track was too wet for them to send out another train.
  18. I tried making a Raging Bull recreation from SFGAm. It's probably not exact since I made it before I rode it. [HyperTwist]Raging Bull.trk
  19. Just because someone got stabbed doesn't mean that it was with a knife. You'd be suprised with what people think of. It could have been something as simple as a piece of sharp glass.
  20. I have.. just A FEW: Hersheypark PA (probably like 9 years ago when I was a 'tot) We were waiting in line for the Comet and some hispanic girl was like "Hey! Who fahted?!??" it was really funny... idk. Maybe not for people now, but when I was 4, that was HILARIOUS! SFGAm 1. We rode Viper in the rain and lucky us, the track was too wet for the other train to make a circuit. So, we sat out in the pouring rain for about 6 minutes. When we got back everyone waiting in line was laughing at us. It really sucked. 2. We were waiting in line for Demon and everyone had to get out of the train. The ride ops acted like the ride was going to explode or something. They ran a train through, but it went through fine so I don't know what the problem was... then they let people get back on. 3. Superman: Ultimate Flight had to E-Stop. 4. 3 Birds tried to kill us. a. One flew at us from the Demon sign (creepy!) b. One flew at us while we were eating c. I can't remember. ^ oh yeah. Those all happened on the same day >.<
  21. SFGAm definitely has the worst Deja. First of all, the dispatch times are usually 9 minutes apart (which is why the line can take up to 4 hours sometimes!) Also, there are a LOT of miscatch problems on the second spike. I think that Vekoma jumped the gun on the inverted boomerangs... they should've done some more work on it before releasing it (unless it's something that the parks are doing wrong)
  22. They do that at the Kalahari in the Dells (indoors in WINTER). It gets really hot on the waterslide platforms because they keep it so hot and humid in the waterpark.
  23. SFGAm... of course, that's the only one I've been to. From pictures, they all look the same to me, but in the line for Batman, there's a bad ass cop car with bullet holes and it got rammed into a fire hydrant.
  24. Slipping and falling getting on/off a ride? Are you freaking kidding me?!?? People who sue for that just want the money.
  25. Kraken's Revenge Davey Jones' Locker Since you have a pirate station... I thought those would be cool.
