  1. Same as what they have to do at BGA.
  2. Yet another Euro Fighter... in EUROPE! Why won't they make one in the USA? Maybe they could call it an "Amera-Fighter" or something But seriously, I'd love to get a chance to ride one, but a trip to Europe doesn't look like something that's coming very soon.
  3. Gwazi at BGA (BGT) I think I rode the Blue one last... can't remember. That was in april sometime...
  4. Aww... it's one of those awesome Schwarzkopf coasters! I hope they save it. I always thought those ones that have the circular lift hill and all those turns and loops looked fun!!! ...but WOAH! 6.5 G's?!?? That's CrAzY! Golfie
  5. :o Elissa! That's a great chance to ride your MOST FAVORITE ride of all time - TARANTULA!!! Anyways, the new coaster sounds like it'll be pretty cool. I'll probably just be looking at pictures and videos of it since I most likely won't go to Spain for now.
  6. At Busch Gardens Tampa (now Busch Gardens Africa), the skyride ops probably had the most tiring job. They had to stop a moving car and pusch (<- BGA humor) it back onto the track. And trust me, these cars weren't light. Golfie
  7. After 2 weeks of convincing my parents, I finally got one! That means I'll have a few photo updates from SFGAm, but I'm not planning to go anywhere else this summer (unless we go to Mt. Olympus or something). Golfie
  8. Great update - I love Joe's face on that one waterslide. Anyways, Goliath looks awesome. I'd love to ride it. Keep the pictures comin'! golf-freak
  9. Thanks everyone! I went back to RCT2 because it has much better themes and coloring. I just added a flying coaster that travels around the whole park. It has 2 barrel rolls and a pretzel loop for the finale. I'll probably have a download of the park up later today... golf-freak Here's the whole layout of "Top Scream"
  10. Yeah - it's a rather small park, but I just added an inverted shuttle called "Mind Bender" Here's a picture of it: The scenery is all finished around this ride. I tried to imitate the platforms that Deja Vu has.
  11. I started working on this park yesterday and have built almost all of the rides. Now I'm working on tedious theming to make the park look byoo-tee-ful. All of the roller coasters and buildings are custom built by me. Here are some screenshots: The entrance to the park and the main fountain area thing. Thistle lodge is fancy because it's sponsered by coca-cola. My most favorite roller coaster in the park - Phosphate A small kiddie-coaster called "Caterpillar" The station and part of "Top Scream"
  12. DEMON TUNNEL AT SFGAm!!! It has all these crazy freaky lights and goes "whooooooooshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhblahhhh!" when you go through it. Also the tunnel at the beginning of Gwazi at BGT - It gives first-time riders a VERY unexpected drop!
  13. It's a great idea for a game, but I don't think I'll buy it until they come out with another version. The track pieces look all choppy and... well... not smooth. I like theme park games to look as realistic as possible.
  14. I vote for alliteration used somehow with an 'H'
  15. Quoted for WAMBO TRUTH! I think I'll go get it right now! *PM's zburns999 about where he got all the mods*
  16. It's a very well designed roller coaster, but it's too slow. I know you might have tried very hard for all of those pauses, but it pulls out the ride too long and makes it a bit boring. So all I can ask is... speed it up a bit, please! golf-freak
  17. I suppose that rules me out for a few years until I'm a bit older... I'm only 13 and I doubt that any park would actually let a 13 year old film an on ride video. I guess it's just going to be off-ride video for a while! unless... I somehow get into the Alvey possy and travel the world to get mad crazy POV's! -- Golf "Total Robb Alvey rip off" freak

    POV Filming

I was wondering, how do you go about taking on-ride video? Do you tell the park that you have a website or something? How do they let you put a camera on the train? Also, do you just sneak a camera onto the ride, or does the park just permit it?
  19. ...WHOOPS! lol sorry... there are so many track types that look similar.
  20. We could use another one in southern Wisconsin... The Dells are awesome, but only if you're planning to take a 2 hour drive from where I live. If not in southern Wisconsin, maybe in northern Illinois. Six Flags Great America is an easy place to get to - only an hour away. Anyways, a cedar fair park would be AWESOME! Not Disney - I'd rather have roller coasters than mostly dark rides and shows.
  21. Scorpion has had a perfect safety record and its typical for a coaster of its type to do that. You missed out on a good and awesome coaster. I wasn't concerned about the safety - it just sounded painful. I think I made too much of a deal of headaches: For Python, I hit my head on the harness on one of the corkscrews (vekoma coaster LOL) Anyways, the pain was over once I got off the ride. For gwazi, it was pretty rough and the headache was over by the time I got through the exit line. You know how your head hurts after riding a really rough ride? It wasn't exactly a headache.
  22. Six Flags Great America could TOTALLY use a new one. Their latest one was Ragin Cajun in 2004 (it turned out okay, more like a car crash than a roller coaster) Whizzer and Demon are getting VERY old and they should put a B&M or woodie in their place. I've also heard rumors that Iron Wolf has been repainted, but my question is WHY?!?? It's a terribly rough coaster and no one really rides it anymore. to IRON WOLF!!!
