NL Rocket Coaster Conest
Golfie replied to Vekoma Fan Boy's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
No way am I entering in this competition if the AHG is required... I hate the tool because it screws up all of my tracks. Sorry, but I'm staying away from this one. -

The track pumped a LOT - did you run it through a smoother? Kudos on the custom supports, though! -

Ooh! I hope they'll be putting those new wheel covers on all trains eventually - when I was there last spring, the old ones were all faded and gross. Sad to see Python gone... I just rode it last year! -

Paul Bunyan's Log Ride @ MOA because of its winding caves which are used as the queue. Viper at SFGAm has a lot of great theming. Batman: The Ride at SFGAm is great inside... it really gets you into the mood for the ride. -

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this the model MOA is getting for 2008? -
If Ryan pounding everyone on the UK trip does then yes, that's totally unrelated!

I think this campaign is creepy. Can't wait until someone sues the fundraisers for "molesting them in public".

^Only if the Gym teacher sucks. Not saying that our gym teacher DOESN'T suck, but she does grade us on effort, not athletic ability. That's what really counts.

Nothing like a little DDR to work away the pounds

We're doing a two-week program called C-Motion for the second time next week. The company delivers two cobalt flux mats, 30 practice mats for everyone in the class, a case that contains a PS2 and plasma screen, speakers, and a sound system. The only problem is that the game uses really crappy songs about math and junk. The worst thing I've heard in a song is someone singing about smoking a cuban cigar. (Of course some people laughed like little school children when they heard THAT one!) -
Holy s*** that scene with the loud music/drug test/crazy video torture room freaked me out so badly. I'm glad the style is getting back to how it was in the beginning.

Umm... wtf? It's really rude to do something like that without asking first. -
Your computer runs slowly because not only does it have XP on it, it ALSO has Vista on it. Because every single program has to talk back to Windows, everything runs haywire.

It would suck to get graded. People who are tall, like me, have such a high center of gravity, it's MUCH tougher to skateboard than, say little Frank over there.

Lol! I want one! It's almost like an oxymoron car... Cute SUV? Small SUV? Things like these make me wish I lived in other countries with small roads.

Here is a timeline of events (without the times!) 1. We built a HUGE trainboard with TT scale (?) trains - the switchboard included over 15 switches for turnouts. Buildings, roads, lakes, and much more were in that set, but nothing fancy - you could still see the dry wall paneling underneath. We took this down a few years later. 2. After remodeling our basement, we set up a trainboard around our entire two new rooms. The train also did a turn through the wall between the new addition and an old hallway. Theming was never really set in place. 3. Lego Trains! 4. I got some HO Scale track and wanted to build a small trainboard for the longest time, but never got to it. I think it'd be awesome to get a Z scale and make an amazing layout for it. We still go to the train expo every year - there is some pretty awesome stuff. One time there was a HUGE layout with moving street cars (I think this was HO scale, so it was pretty cool looking!) and a drive in movie with a backlit LCD SCREEN! Coolest thing ever on a trainboard.
