Its too hot, and there are the largest crowds of the whole year. You also get more "chav's" then as well, due to offers on boxes of cerial and newspapers like the sun. Go in Easter time or if you can during an off peak time. If you need to visit during a holiday, don't do it during the summer ones, make a trip during a weekend.

Stupid English people in queues constantly swearing and complaining behind you. "We 'ave been here, like, 2 hours. What the F*** is taking them so long. They should not let so many F***ing people into the park. OH MY GOD!!! Look at those people cutting in fron' of us with just coz of their dir'y money. This is a f***ing joke." They were only in the queue for half an hour and were near the front. If the park did not let so many people in, they might not have been let in at all. And seriously, there are kids about! Offencive language in queues should be a more important concern for parks.

Although, yes, a lot of that is what I said when I was interviewed, I still find it funny how the media can blow up a small event. I especially love the way WALK in the headline is in capital letters as if they expected the people to fall!

Bear with it. By the end of the day, all the rides were working, even tough for half the day Colossus and Stealth were down. I would never visit the park though in August, it would be horrible. Colossus broken down The packed queue for DBGT, which never moved. This was as far as I got to riding.

Batman, Green Lantern, and Goliath Does SFMM always have ERT on rides or at least often. I have never know a park have ERT so casually.

Agreed!! When I went to the park my expectations for Verbolten weren't really that "high" But wow, did that coaster deliver!! It quickly became one of my favorites in the park!! Can't wait to ride it again next season!! I've never been on it, but I do not get why it gets so much hate, it looks like a decent ride and i would love to get around to riding it some day.

Talking about reliability, Colossus broke down.

I went. I saw. I waited (2:30). I was turned down. I am quite sad that I went all that way and then it was closed even though throughout the day they insisted it would open, at increasingly later times until 3. Waited at the gate from 1:30 in hope of being one of the first people on. They opened the gates and let people finally into the queue with a large hype from the exited crowd, finally allowed to ride. We waited again in the queue pen for an hour in the heat with no staff telling us what was going on or even an announcement. Eventually the queue moved and people clapped only to be disappointed that they were just giving out re entry to the park for another day. Shame I don't need it because I have an Annual pass. I was very disappointed especially after waiting for this for months and following the Minds Wanted page. I thought today would be the day I could finally do it, but alas, no.
