  1. Festive, and with a flying rollercoaster, what more would you want?
  2. Oooh!! Feeling exited about Thorpe Park's new ride! The website.
  3. Thanks for that. It seems the Donkey trend has gone.
  4. I was in the Isle of Wight recently and I visited a donkey Sanctury. Most of these donkeys would be dead if the charity did not save them. Some are orphans as well. I visited on a typical English day, grey cold and windy. This meant all the donkeys huddled together to keep warm. It was not because they were kept in small enclosures. Enjoy! Good bye Yay, I am here! Big fields on a grey day. Beings greeted in by donkeys. Noted! A map which makes no sense as iris completely out of proportion. As you may be able to guess, there will be a lot of Donkeys on this TR. One of my favourites. This one was friendly and came up to me. It was like the nativity scene, just with Donkeys! Crowded together to keep warm. This ones ears were HUGE! The picture only half shows it up. Sorry. I am not allowed to feed you. I said no, but I will strike you. There was an inside section where the more ill donkeys were kept. These two were together in their shed. They were so cute. More of the elderly donkeys In the donkey Sanctury, you can stay warm like this... Or like this! Did I mention you don't have to pay to get in but you can donate and sponsor the donkeys.
  5. So here is the website The website. I have unlocked all the clues so far, however have almost no clue as to what the name is!
  6. So Thorpe Park are keeping their ride very secret at the moment. Feel free to post thoughts and rumours here.
  7. Haha, I liked the photos, and I agree with not counting coasters. I find it slightly irritating when I read trip reports and see people boasting about their 1000th coaster. It is like counting donkeys!
  8. Have you ever ridden a roller coaster or have done something at a park that made you feel really embarrassed? It could have been because you are 40 and you rode a kiddy coaster with loades of kids (surprise, surprise!) or you farted on an enclosed ride! Whatever it is share it so we can all laugh and distract ourselves from our own embarrassing moments. For me it would be falling off storm surge at TP!
  9. My trip to liseberg was the best of my life. I would highly recommend it!
  10. Sorry, this is my first one of these post thing. I don't study all the past topics ever posted, I just wanted to start a discussion and find out what people thought.
  11. How is this a major coaster. If you think this is major, you have a problem!
  12. We all have an certain element on a certain coaster that makes us more exhilarated than any other. Maybe it is an incredible loop, a fast barrel roll or a airtime hill. For me it has to be the top hat on Helix, over the cliff face hanging upside down, sensational!
  13. I find the Swarm a lot of fun, even though it is not intense.
  14. Helix at Liseberg! Front and back are completely opposite, both incredible but incomparable. However, even though I have to queue for an hour (as everyone knows the secret) on Collosus at Thorpe park for the front, or else it is too rough. I also make the most of Saw front row, because it is not much longer. Finally, I seem to be the only person in the world, who prefers Balder at the front, to the back.
  15. I just don't like Nemesis Inferno at TP. The zero g rolls are just uncomfortable, there are afew un-b&m-like jerks in it. I have been on it afew times to see if I actually like it, but I don't.

  17. Blackgang Chine needs more care than it gets.
  18. Giant Drop in Australia is not that well known, and it is one of the best drop rides in the world. Also The Swarm does not get as good reviews as it should do. It may not be the tallest or fastest or even massively intense, but it is well themed and very fun. And at the end of the day, who can complain when they have fun at a well themed theme park?
  19. I am going to Winter Wonderland in London. It is the only way to cope.
