Just ate at KFC for the first time in forever yesterday. While the chicken's breading was quite nice, the chicken, while moist, was lacking flavor. Their potato wedges lacked potato, but the green beans were decent. Overall, I had a decent meal.

Great! The rumored "Iron Reef" dark ride would be a nice addition. Can't wait!

Boomerang's (at Knott's) station is just basically a tent, which doesn't look very good. A great indication on how bad the coaster actually was!

The Apple Pay system is pretty cool! I used it last week when my dad and I were at a McDonald's restaurant. After politely taking my dad's shiny, new iPhone 6, I took my order. At first, Touch ID, wouldn't read my fingerprint, but once it did, the order was completed! The adoption rate is also great. I was at another McDonald's in a more questionable part of town, and I saw some teenagers use Apple Pay (I think) to order a large drink. However, everybody is now saying that Apple "invented" this technology, which it didn't. However, NFC payments will hopefully be more mainstream (that is, if CurrentC is a total flop (which I'm sure it will be)).

GhostRider. It's fast, rough, and it has a very twisted layout. I would say Xcelerator, but that coaster is just "fun".

My English teacher is forcing all of us to participate in the NaNoWriMo YWP. It's going to be a bit difficult, but I'm excited!

The local NPR station, KNPR, is continually airing a membership campaign. I understand that managing a radio station is costly, but does the campaigning really have to take ten minutes of continuous talking? Morning Edition is ruined now.
