  1. A dark ride at Valleyfair. Okay, let's think about this. I think looking at the placement and theming of the first two rides, it's a safe assumption that you could see Valleyfair's dark ride end up on Route 76. Maybe a wilderness themed big game hunt. Just an opinion. Stoked to see the completed water park additions so we can start looking for signs for 2016.
  2. On a Knotts fan page on a Facebook, there's an alarming number of people who seem to believe Xcelarator is on it's way out. While I typically don't pay any attention to GP rumors like this, the number of people who claim to have heard this rumor makes me wonder where the heck they got that idea from? Any guesses?
  3. Of course I know it will, but from this angle it just doesn't seem like the lift and the drop will line up! How exciting it must be for those who call this their home park. Totally envious! While I haven't ridden Leviathan yet, I like the look and feel of F325 better. Edit: biggest crane is now vertical, wonder if we'll see more lift hill today?
  4. Iron Reef will still have working laser guns and effects come August.
  5. Merged into a thread with THE SAME EXACT TITLE. Please use the search function before starting a new. The original thread might be a little different but you can build upon it. I searched. Honestly, I did. I'll be more careful in the future. I'm sorry.
  6. False. I had strawberry frosted mini wheats and orange marmalade on toast. YUMM The person below me thinks Valleyfair will receive a B&M invert in the next two years.
  7. Granted, but the oldest woodie in existance is Grizzly at GCA. I wish Cedar Point was floating.
  8. Iron Dragon - Cedar Point
  9. Both have out and back woodies. Ghost Town in the Sky and Adventureland (IA)
  10. There's been a little discussion in the Dollywood thread regarding differences in the preferences between enthusiasts. Where as one enthusiast may prefer the world's tallest roller coaster built in the parking lot of a corporate park (hypothetically, of course), another may prefer a small family owned pier on the East Coast. Tell us some of your favorite parks, and why they're your favorit. I for one don't give one lick about theming. I like cliche amusement parks. A little theming on the coasters is great but Disney, Universal, etc. type theming is not necessary for me to enjoy myself. I want that one awesome must have food item. I like small park charm. I'd take Canobie Lake over SeaWorld Orlando. Any day! What do you like?
  11. They put a picture of the shirt on Facebook and people are already making comments about how they can't believe HW would use a phrase off such a (and I'm quoting somebody off FB) "pornographic" show to advertise one of their products. People take this stuff way too seriously sometimes. I just ordered mine, no shame. It's called Pop Culture. Even if you don't watch "Orange is the New Black" on Netflix, chances are you've at least heard of it (like me). Parks have done Pop Culture things as long as I can remember and I'm pretty damn old, just not as old as Jeff Johnson. Agreed. And can that latest pic of TB get any more coaster pornagraphic... Jeez! Stunning!
  12. Excalibur- Valleyfair!
  13. True, but I'm self employed from home. So it makes it easier. The person below me wants to make out with Nina Kleppe. P.S. I was referring to this feature. Om nom nom
  14. Both have Arrow Loop screw coasters. Quassy and Michigans Adventure
  15. Corkscrew - Cedar Point
  16. Both have two B&M coasters Nickelodeon Universe and BGW
  17. I've had mine for three weeks and no major complaints. Just that the orientation in YouTube is screwed but that's just an app issue... Other than that... I love it.
  18. Then he'd have to start talking about Lake Monster again. What if Top Thrill Dragster had a Jojo roll?
  19. Granted. But each qui will play your favorite song on repeat. And the Ludacris and Nicki Minaj remixes. I wish LAKE Compounce built a giga.
  20. True, than I wouldn't be the only Beast in the neighborhood. The person below still eats his cereal like Demon at CGA.
  21. They both have elephant exhibits. Worlds of Fun and Nagashima Spaland
  22. Wasn't it GCI who has been showcasing a shuttle woodie for the last couple of years at IAAPA. I'm excited also to see the CedarFair Triotech announcement. Knott's is expected and are the only park in the chain outside of MIA Not to announce 2015 yet. I wonder if the Knotts Dark Ride will feature Garner Holt for the trifecta?
