  1. ^You can see it at 1:11. How much hangtime do you think there will be in that loop?
  2. But I didn't even go yet...? I'm the third of my kind, and I have (slightly) older cousins in New York and Massachusetts. What am I?
  3. This is going to be amazing. I'll be sure to ride it next time I make it down there
  4. ^If you purchase your tickets 3 or more days in advance online, you get about a 15$ discount. Also, all the schools around here are out then, but you can do the park in less than 5 hours on a weekday.
  5. I'll be going to the park on a Sunday in July this year. Will it be busy? And if so, what order should I hit up the rides in?
  6. Boulder Dash, Memorial Sunday. Got to ride it around 17 times, because there was NOBODY at the park. My new #1.
  7. My personal favorite is Montu, followed by Volcano, Great Bear, and the Batman clones.
  8. I'm stuck between Screamin' Swings and Flying Scooters, as they're both awesome rides.
  9. I agree. Nemesis is only 42 feet tall, yet they managed to make it half a mile, and include 4 inversions. If they can do that, I see absolutely no reason for Oblivion, which is 65 feet tall with a 180 foot drop, to have only 1000 feet of layout. Sure, it was the first of breed, but just because it's the first doesn't mean it has to be the worst. For example, Batman: The Ride clones is the first true inverted coaster, but even though rides such as OzIris and Nemesis Inferno are newer, they are dwarfed by the original. I think the Smile may be amazing, but it's nothing new to the amusement world.
  10. ^For my ride a few weeks ago, Wildcat was one of the smoothest wooden coasters I had ridden. Although I agree with Rolling Thunder, and I would like to add SFA's Mind Eraser to the list.
  11. There isn't an issue with that as far as I know. You'll be fine.
  12. Looks great! I hope Wildcat is smoother. Also, since I'm going today, what's the best seat to ride Boulder Dash in?
  13. Caribbean ((kuh-RIB-ee-uhn) Vekoma Flying Dutchman or B&M Superman?
  14. Joker's Jinx wins for me, I have 92 rides on it. Second for me would be Superman: Ride of Steel at 85 rides and third would be Wild One at around 50 rides.
  15. Granted, but it isn't maintained properly and becomes worse than a Volare after five years. I wish school wasn't so boring.
  16. The park has started to add plants and trees throughout the Gotham City area, along with the rest of the park. In other news, Batwing's new paint has been completed on the supports, and it looks very nice.
  17. In 2011, I rode Superman: Ride of Steel in the rain. What would have been an amazing night ride was ruined by pelts to the face.
  18. I'm going to be making my first visit to the park on Sunday the 25th, and I don't know what order to do the rides in. I would like to get most of the credits there. Do any of the rides/coasters have a single rider line? And should I start with Bizzaro, Goliath, or Batman?
  19. Granted, but it's an SLC. I wish school wasn't so annoying.
