Six Flags Over Georgia is my favorite.

Anaconda, Kings Dominion... that ride was horrible.

Thunderhawk at Dorney had significant layout changes back in the 1930s. Steel Phantom was changed from a looping coaster, to a hyper by Morgan. Colossus had its double-down removed for a MCBR.

My first two were both inverts, first being Talon, and second being Batman at Great Adventure.

I've always loved the way that Cheetah Hunt's towers looked.
