Thanks for more pics. I hope you're not offended that I asked why there weren't any Mindbender. -

Nice pics, but I have to ask if there's more to come, I was hoping to see some of Mindbender, or is she difficult to photograph? -

Regardless of what happened, this is looking fantastic. Can't wait to see the finished product (don't worry, I'm a patient man). -

I'm going to come right out and say I'm not too enthusiastic about these new trains. I mean, they look sort of Intamin-esque, but I do love the old panelled front Schwarzy trains. -

Hey, you did a great job with the pics. The Holidog area reminded me of StoryBook Gardens up in London (Ontario)--without the cred of course. -

I don't know why, but when I saw the pic with the Gun Store advert, I kept thinking of Ammnu-Nation from GTA. lol Say, did they offer you a second ride on Manhattan Express for free or at a lesser price? My buddy Larry went a few years back to Vegas, and his aunt rode it once, and they offered her a second ride, and she had had enough. -

Intamin uses kicker wheels as well, theirs are simply placed vertically instead of horizontally. It could be an intamin as one of the sections of KD's giga lift will use a footer configuration similar to that which has been poured so far. Doesn't Intamin place their kickers a bit more below than B&M? Unless it's just me, I think the B&M kickers stand out a bit more. -

Please, but the steeringback to the other side, for some reason, having it on the left side freaks me out. LOL! Nice pics and TR too. So nothing was said about the lift hill speed on Mumbo Jumbo. Was it not as quick as Steel Hawg's? -

In my opinion it's a Beemer. Intamin doesn't use tyre driven kickers on their hypers...I know B&M do though. -
Jess, the ride that you mentioned that looked like a smaller 1001 Nachts is called a Miami, or at least in the UK and Europe. I'm kicking myself in the a$$ for missing it out here in Windsor a few years back, simply because my friend Joe didn't want to wait in line. It's supposed to have some great lats, and I believe the manufacturer is KMG.

I've been on two impulses, and I loved Posessed (or Steel Venom when I was at GL), and even though the launch was far more punchier than Wicked Twister, I didn't like the holding brake one bit. I felt it ruined the freefall with the slight jerking. As for the topic question, it's the second launch that is the one where you hit the top of the spike (which freaks me out as why I prefer the back lol).

Theme Park Review's 90 Degrees Shirt!
CorkscrewFoley replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'll be getting one of these shirts. I was dating this girl for awhile, and when I was getting out of her car, she told me I would have to turn the handle 90 degrees..and well I actually blurted out 90 Degrees! She laughed quite a bit about it, really having no idea what it was about...other than some silly thing going on.
