I hope in Nolimits 2 we can have switchbacks like on Expedition Everest and Revenge of the Mummy! -

Looks awesome. I see you used a Jesper-style launch. How long is the launch track? It seems way too short, even though the real ride's launch track is pretty short. Keep the height but make it longer (then the angle wont be quite so steep). EDIT: Oops, its not a Jesper. Sorry! -
What kind of collection do you do?
themeparkologist replied to WilliamBauset08's topic in Random, Random, Random
I collect model trains. No it is not weird-it's perfectly normal. A non-legit collection of mine is school papers. I keep them for like the whole school year and then I throw them away. My last binder broke because it got too many papers in it. -

Wouldn't ice cause a HUGE loss of traction on rides like BTM? I'd think so because ice is very hard on a lot of things and probably coasters too. Would ice keep brakes from moving into position? -
Tomorrow is our last day of school for 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope. Have you ever done something really stupid and had no idea you did it until later?

What Was The Last Coaster You Rode?
themeparkologist replied to SharkTums's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Prowler-Worlds of Fun(I rode 8 times in the same row because nobody else was in that row waiting area, it was awesome [ one time it was three times at Mamba-same park]) The 8 times in a row was a really dead day that we had no school-- . It was really a rush but I got really dizzy and so did my friend . It was really weird but we didn't get motion sickness (we rode before we ate anything)--we got food poisoning!!!!!!! It was terrible, we both missed a day of school (lucky us there were like 4 tests that day), had no contact with anybody and worse, my phone was dead . btw-My aunt got food poisoning as well. -
I don't think its mentally possible to change ones orientation, maybe physically but not mentally. But that's just what I think.

That dive DOES look pretty sweet. But maybe white was not the best choice for your track color. Anyway, looks fun! -

^Crap! Thank you, I didn't catch that! I totally forgot about that (like I stated earlier, it is a work in progress and the project was forgotten about for quite some time). It will be fixed tomorrow, time allows. Don't expect anything spectacular, there will be a few mistakes, but the big ones will be fixed. EDIT: I didn't even get on a computer until now so of course its not fixed yet. -
Alton Towers Discussion Thread
themeparkologist replied to Ed's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Why would they re-theme that whole area instead of making Thirteen its own, new, unique area? In my mind, it would be much easier to do that and help ease confusion with names. Just a thought.
