It's been a while since an update... Did you quit or finish the project? -

Looks great! I love the terrain idea because it's unique in a good way. Does it make me a geek if I call an Intamin simulation sexy?.... It does? -

I have already stated that I don't have AHG and have no wish to acquire it. All the downloads are either messed up, don't work, or the link is dead. -
Weirdest Things The 'GP' Have Said
themeparkologist replied to maliboomer's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
It's been a while since someone posted in this topic and I'm sure some of us have heard many new weird things said by the GP. I'll start: Back in October at Worlds of Fun I was getting off Boomerang and a guy behind me said, "That is the BEST ride ever!" I looked at him like he was retarded and he gave me a real funny look. Another: I was in line for Cyclone Sam's at WoF and a lady said, "Did you hear that this ride spun so fast one time that everyone flew out and died and it's going to go soon." WTF? These were both at Worlds of Fun on the same day--I hear a lot of weird things. -

Vekoma's new train designs
themeparkologist replied to Gav-'s topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Maybe it's along the lines of SLCs 'slightly' swinging design and B&M's fixed design, it might be a patent thing where Vekoma does 'laying' flyers and B&M does 'hanging' flyers. It's like they're copying a patent for the 'hanging' flier but changing it ever so slightly so that it's technically different to make their coasters better. Long story short, Vekoma's trying to copy B&M but they can't because of a patent...I think. -

^It is but it needs to be tweaked with to get it just right. Thank you everyone for your comments! -
Well, as others have done they have created topics for members to post the best or worst of the decade but I'll do it a little differently. As many of us know, theme parks waste many things from trash cans to huge sums of money and space. I would like you to post the biggest theme park wastes of: SPACE YOUR TIME and MONEY

^I know. It was a short term solution to the sim making the overall length almost 75 feet too short. It's fixed now but I'm too lazy to post an update. EDIT: By the way, Patriot sits on a hill if you didn't know. Mine might not be like the real terrain. -
2010 Predictions
themeparkologist replied to deathbydinn's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I think that B&M will lose popularity and get very few customers but Vekoma, Gerstlauer and Intamin will rise to be the most cost-effective and popular choice for major companies that are struggling. *cough*sixflags*cough* -

Sorry about double posting but the last post was made last year. Hmmm...I wonder if that means it's a dead thread... Anyways, for all the whiners of the world, UPDATE TIME!!!! I hope you think it's better! EDIT: Please give critisism in a constructive manner!
