  1. Just yesterday was mine. I found out that our part-time secretary at my parent's business is Michael Eisner's personal assistant. Hence part time and she mostly travels to and from California and then flies with him wherever he needs her to go. I will release no details of my reaction. You cannot handle the truth.
  2. I'll sound like an idiot. How exactly does the Test Track / Journey / Racers work? Like an omnimover system with tires that spin at different speeds throughout the course to propel the car?
  3. It's digital picture modification. They do that on purpose.
  4. How did you make that awesome hammerhead? I tried with little success and ended up with Diamondback or Behemoth style ones.
  5. For a standup? That's just torturous. You are either mad or a complete genius!
  6. I don't want to sound rude but don't double-post. Or quadruple-post, for that matter. Just go to this/any of your posts/thread, and in your posts in the top right corner will be little icons. Just click 'edit' and add on to what you said by hitting Enter twice and putting something like EDIT: or UPDATE: there and write on.
  7. Sorry to RCTFreak...that wasn't what I meant. I meant were they re-theming Booster Bike to O-something. Never mind.
  8. Just an idea from me...Maybe the big drop should be first to get them nervous and their hearts beating, and then the small drop to scare them more and then the descent...But that's just me.
  9. Is the coaster in the background Oddyseus? Thanks again for the translation. It's nice to have multilingual individuals on the forums.
  10. ^I also heard somewhere that the modern coaster is much safer than your bathtub. I haven't ridden a 300+ coaster but larrygator makes a good point, there's nothing to be scared of but the line/station(I just get very anxious and nervous in stations. Anyone else this way?)
  11. Looks like the default one to me with the palms and all.
  12. Sadly, I'm dropping out. I have little experience with Newton2 and don't want to look like an idiot...
  13. As it turns out, humans are actually large bulbous, flailing creatures...and supports through their body may upset these fragile creatures. The train clears, but only just. There would be no room for someone to extend their limbs without removing said stuck out flailing limbs. Leave plenty of room between the car, other cars, supports and track. it is your first coaster so no need to worry. My first was equally terrible and nolimits is just plain out hard and complex. There are a few jerks, pumps and bumps but hey...It's your first-no biggie. Also, no not use inverted supports for non-inverted track. It doesn't adjust the direction of the connector--The support sticks up out of the track.
  14. Painfully bumpy, it appears... Hopefully it's a base to work off of...?
  15. Is it hand built with B&M hill shape .3ds for guidelines and smoothed with AHG?
  16. Can it just be left at : Big drop makes splash and you get wet? This is a pointless dispute.
  17. Unique...well it certainly is...school lunch. :shudder:
  18. #1.......................................................................................................................................B&M #2.......................................................................................................................................Intamin #3.......................................................................................................................................GCI Close 4th....................................................................................................................Gerstlauer Worst Ever (I haven't ridden one)...................................................................................................probably Pax from the looks of things...
  19. ^^How was it built? Handbuilt, handbuilt AHGed, Newton2, Elementary...etc.
  20. It will be sold...to a real estate company based in Norfolk, Virginia or a company that wants to turn the pile of wood formerly known as Derecho into a functioning attraction. I hope neither of these happen though. It's a great park.
  21. ^Do they have a Pelican Poop Plunge themed ride yet?
  22. Samsung Impression. I hope it lasts its two year contract.
  23. That's what I thought...However I'd have no clue without the video...I'm not Dutch.
  24. You must laugh at yourself no matter how much you try not to...
  25. It looked like quite the eye-opening experience...But really, it's cool to get two perspectives. One showin' off rides and fried things, the other showing sights and...strawberry coated nectar of the gods.
