  1. I have a feeling that even if this gets passed it will end up being like the Verizon Fee, the Netflix Split, the debit card fees, etc. As soon as people see what it ACTUALLY does, they will quickly rebel and it will die.
  2. It's about halfway between Wuhan and Shanghai...hundreds of miles from each of those.
  3. ^Little more information required. How many parks are you interested in visiting? Do you like wood or steel? Are your friends willing to do parks or just you? Are you just staying in Tokyo? How far are you willing to travel? Are you a Disney fan?
  4. First Big Mike comes back for 2012 and now Ice Bat and Dave as well!?!? Apparently that Apocalypse thing is true!!!!!
  5. ^Sorry, we're not going here on the 2012 Trip. For starters, I'd like my participants to survive. Secondly, it's in the middle of nowhere and would require two additional internal flights and at least two extra days. Terrifying.
  6. ^^See, five hours in a line for a minimum wage job seems kind of dumb. I wouldn't want to work for an organization that was that poorly organized! I just can't even fathom waiting in a slowly moving line for five hours. Surely sometime during that time you'll have to eat or go to the bathroom or get a drink...how does this even work!?!?
  7. Hey everyone! With some crazy wait times being reported this week and Soarin clocking in at 300 minutes today it got me thinking...Is there any ride/attraction I would wait five hours for? Circumstances? Anything other than a ride or attraction you'd wait five hours for?! Post and let us know! I'll get started: Ride/Attraction: - If I didn't have KT with me, and I had been on EVERY other ride/attraction and I needed a credit and was bored, I suppose I would wait around a ton of hours to get a decent credit. We once waited 3 hours for them to open up Eejanaika at FujiQ, when pretty much nothing else was running and I didn't feel like wandering around FujiQ. I don't think I could do 5 hours though. Other Stuff: - I suppose I would wait five hours for a Jeremy Clarkson/Joey Fatone threesome? Maybe. Your turn!
  8. ^Can TPR be your 'secret santa' and go pay off your layaway, as was the hot trend this year!?
  9. ^For those of us that don't want to bother clicking the link...do we know what the ride is or any further details?
  10. ^Exactly what we were thinking! Slap on a Flow Rider and Sorrentos and I'll be happy!
  11. Where was the wheel thing announced? Very interesting. Does this mean that the Intamin Woodies are now more of a Wooden coaster than this one?
  12. ^I think it was discussed earlier in the thread that they're not doing anything.
  13. As a theme park person who was pregnant at one point, I agree with Robb. It's nine months out of your life, don't ride anything, simple. There are even some shows and walk throughs that you shouldn't do while pregnant. To be more specific at Universal, I would avoid all rides, tram tour, and the House of Horrors. Even T2 has a jolt so I would avoid that. You're going to have people tell you; "Oh, don't worry, the car ride to get here was bumpier than " but why chance it at all?
  14. Oh Bill...you are really making it hard to wait till 2013 for our next Scandi trip!!!!! Also, here's the picture of the fabulous Straw/Beer/Napkin SCAD Tower!
  15. Also the name Cobra is fitting for a Shuttle Loop. I still worry we're getting our hopes up though.
  16. ^That's kind of odd since the ads are Google and Chrome is Google...you'd think it would know better!
  17. I think you can pretty much count on a TPR Korea 2014 Trip if there's a Robot Megalite coaster!
  18. ^I foresee lots of random food ingredients and headless penguins in your future... Seriously though, Christmas in July maybe?!
  19. Very much agree! And about Mexico...well, at some point, we'll get enough of us together, get the Kidnapping Insurance, armed escorts, and go for it! (Only half kidding)
  20. I really like the look of the Merry Madagascar ICE event. I hope it comes to Orlando next year! Penguins > Shrek
  21. I think I've had two or three people post this to my Facebook wall over the last few months! Vow Renewal while in Hong Kong this summer perhaps?
