TPR's New Forum UPGRADE!
AJClarke0912 replied to Hhappy's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Well, it might be the browser but I've long used it and never had problems. The error seems to happen to most people but I remember that one person didn't get it. Also, there are more people in the chatroom than the three pictured above. After the error, people go temporarily missing and return later, because after a couple minutes the other names showed up (there were 8 people there at the time). It might be something temporary. If more problems occur then I'll inform you, but it seems to be working fine as of right now... -
TPR's New Forum UPGRADE!
AJClarke0912 replied to Hhappy's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Chat's been getting weird stuff (besides me spazzing) such as these errors that come in randomly and wipe the room, along with viewing impairments. Is this something of major concern? -
Wildfire Recreation [NL]
AJClarke0912 replied to CoasterGeek101's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
I saw this happening... A recreation is too early for you. Basically, Jcoasters hit the point right on. Also, age has nothing to do with skill, and 13 (or 11) isn't the youngest there is. I started at 13 and others earlier. As hard as you work (or think that you work) it seems people here bash you, but really, it's complete constructive criticism. I was in your spot a couple years ago so I can empathize...it's just part of the learning curve. Anyway, that's my little 2ยข addition. -
Intimidator 305 - KD 2010 [NL]
AJClarke0912 replied to A113's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Wow, that was VERY similar to the real-life video! Kudos to pulling it off so well. Only minor difference in yours is the last bank to the brakes. The real i305's is banked more and is more sharp, but really, this recreation is near perfect. -
One of my teachers acted like they were in real trouble and were about to get fired. His eyes were slightly red and he was acting very serious about it, saying that he had been claimed to have shown inappropriate videos and the front office called for him. He went for 30 minutes, came back with his eyes really red, and solemnly said "April Fools Day." Everybody was SO surprised! He made it look so real. He said he went into the bathroom and rubbed his eyes a bunch to make it look like he was crying. I can't believe everybody (and me) fell for it, since out of all the days of the year this "event" happens. It couldn't have been more obvious, but since he acted it SO well I forgot it was April 1st! That was one of the best ones I'd ever seen.

^You mean without slamming your face into the ground? You can't. What you can do is make a 3D black wall with a 3D object creator to hide the collision with the ground, like on my YouTube. If the black wall is too obstructing, get some fog to hide the wall collision. Other than that, no. I think NoLimits2 will have underground abilities but not NL1. The reason is that Terraformer used to be a third party program made by a loyal person. It'd take a re-design and integration to compliment the two programs in the same place.

He will. Also, this recreation will surpass the others under construction right now because, I mean, it's A113. His rides are generally BA. -
Ehhh, not to be a mod or anything, but there are these two existing topics... http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20809 http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=23202

The "Say Something Random" Thread
AJClarke0912 replied to robbalvey's topic in Random, Random, Random
^What do you mean? Anyway, driving in a parking lot for the first time was fun. -
^Because if electronics failed the cars could be stuck in, say, an upside-down position. That spells death from negative G's. Also, coasters run quite different in climate conditions. For example, a hot and dry could make a coaster run up to a 10-second shorter ride than a cold and wet climate day. This could throw off the spin times in the program. Easier the mechanical way...always guaranteed to work.

CARS! The Car Super Thread
AJClarke0912 replied to Jordan Shankman's topic in Random, Random, Random
^^That car is fairly nice, but it doesn't scream anything to me. I still love the Enzo, F430, and F40 Competizione more. This car is a little funky for me. However, I'd gladly take any Ferrari! -
Octllious [NL]
AJClarke0912 replied to CoasterGeek101's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Well, from what I can tell, it's looking fairly good, but there isn't much to show yet. The supports on the lift may need to be up a size, as they are a pinch thin. Remove the kicker wheels, as mentioned before, and possibly throw a bank in there for a better ride. \/ Hope this helps a little bit on the pre-lift section, but heartlining adjustments may be needed if you are concerned about that (I assume you aren't). Other than that, maybe make the up-bend on the lift a little tighter, and you are fine. -

Thanks dude! Dunno when it will be finished, probably during the summer when I have time. It was mainly a test on my movie-making skills, and I think it turned out well! -
^^Actually, I use Quaternion for everything. I just prefer how it works things (and so does Entropy). I don't know why Euler is default, because Quaternions offer a lot more. Just my thought. ^Newton2 also has a special save file format (.newt) so you can just save your Newton work like a document and work on it later to then export it to an element. Once exported though, it's doesn't go back into Newton...it's in bezier curve mode now. Just a little clarification.

Chicken Parmesan... ...I don't feel like explaining it, all I know was that it was amazing...
