  1. Sexy double-roll there...and I approve of the colors.
  2. Hmmm, with the deadline of July 24, that means that pretty much everybody will use Wood Magic supports...which means that I don't have to support...which means I'm might be in. You don't have to put me on the list yet though, but consider me interested.
  3. ^ + Forza Motorsport 3 + Oblivion (wait, PS3 got it a year later) + all the awesome arcade games (including the FREE Aegis Wing) + ...erm yeah others... Those are the big ones. With killer RPGs and shooters that you have to play, Xbox wins for me. Also, the controller IMO is way better, and has a twice as long battery life.
  4. ^ Based on this picture, you can see he has a red train and a yellow train. I assume that there are 4 trains alternating the two colors.
  5. ^ [from RCDB] Roller Coaster: Batman The Ride Amusement Park: Six Flags Great America (Gurnee, Illinois, USA) Classification: Roller Coaster Type: Steel - Inverted Status: Operating since 5/9/1992 The first Batman was in '92...so it could have been entirely possible.
  6. Mind Eraser's missing another inline-twist! Try copying "El Condor" from RCT2...then add the helix. Otherwise, very nice relocated rides! Interesting mix...it's all "older" rides too...you might need something fresh. Just my advice!
  7. ^Wow, that'd be an awesome ride! I hope something like that comes into fruition!
  8. Hmmm...if you had NoLimits that'd bring in more bonus points...G-force readings, realistic coaster and physics, coordinate plane and geometry. But if you don't have NL, then this will suit fine! Nice job on the "generic" ride!
  9. lol Despite me being SLIGHTLY Windows/Linux sided, I just have to say... GET A MAC. iMovie does super with HD video (though I might be on the more "amateur" video guy) and has great effects. Mac programs I have to say are well designed and easy-to-use. The only slight gripe is "Pages", the Word of Mac. It's kinda stripped on features and is a bit different. However, I think there is Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more available for Mac but I could be wrong... Given your circumstances, switching could be a good idea. BTW, made THIS video with iMovie...
  10. Perhaps I'll just get new disks...I can't find this data anywhere on my computer. I think that this "Old.Windows" only retained what happened during the second virus...so I don't know if WW or TT were installed second time around (I'm on my third "time around"). Probably lost by now. Thanks anyway. At least I know that the problem isn't solvable and I just need to head out and get the disks.
  11. I personally think the "popped" sidewalks look fantastic! A good splash of variety and color! But that's just my opinion...
  12. Very very nice looking...your rides are like LeFlo's; very well presented. Really can't wait to ride this one! The helical water fly-overs are a great reminder of Top Gu...err Flight Deck. Without a complete overview picture that you've presented that I've ever seen, you concealed the layout to where I'm excited the see the final product not knowing how the elements are set up. Nice layer added to the logo too...makes the new color valid. All in all, going very well...which isn't surprising from the creator of Red Dragon!
  13. Okay, I know this is probably a bit strange but I was wondering if anybody knew how to FIND the files for Wacky Worlds and Time Twister! They were once installed, but a virus went through my computer. I can access the "old.Windows" folder, and I see the old RCT2 saved games and files, sans ANYTHING WW or TT! Does anybody know what these files are or where to find them? The my expansion disks are missing and I'd love to find out. Thanks in advance.
  14. Search the Storefront under "Vinyl Groups" and under the search text type in "INTAMIN"...then you'll see a terrible Intamin license plate from me!
  15. I Cliffhanger! Wonderful design for a small park! Kudos!
  16. AJClarke0912 [same as here] I just like playing...none of that "hardcore" baloney that's just stupid [to me], though I do play Hardcore S&D. I usually play MW2 I guess, then Forza 3, Halo 3, Far Cry 2, Mass Effect 2, etc etc...
  17. Nice building interactions! That's one thing that wins it for me with RCT coasters and parks...scenery interaction. Nicely done for a small woodie!
  18. Scream Machine looks more fun than I ever thought...lots of loops and different theme than a superhero. Too bad the Axe trains kind of ruin it. Sure hope Chang doesn't get plopped in the dirt lot without landscaping! This ride would have rocked if some trees and themeing were around, but hey, this is SIX FLAGS here... Nice PTR.
  19. Many things...but not bad for your first Newton. Firstly, the swaying...but that was already discussed. Secondly, I think your heartline was off...make sure you set it to 0.9 (global settings) for Intamin hypers. All heartline readings can be found in the Conversion Panel. BE SURE TO PUT THE RIGHT ONE IN BEFORE BUILDING OR YOUR TRACK MIGHT AS WELL BE TRASHED. Thirdly, I think the "mini-MCBR" threw off your latter layout. This is because after the straight geometry section (in Newton) you left the "manual" speed on [10 m/s], which is about 22mph. Make sure if the segment is going slow the train be sure to record your train's MIDDLE CAR speed right at that spot and plug it into Newton. You'll notice that your old track is just not compatible...and you saw likewise in the simulator. Finally, I think you tried to achieve track shape versus forces. In other words, you put in some wonky forces to get the track to go in the direction you wanted. Don't put in TOO many force changes (especially positive), because that just turns out pumpy. If there is any "gap" in your understanding of the above please reply! Overall, not too shabby for a firstie!
  20. Yes, Wicked @ Lagoon, Farmington, Utah. http://rcdb.com/3534.htm It's the only Zierer Tower Launch coaster in the world right now.
  21. ...that the ACErs, Nicholas Cage, and everybody else drank up and/or bottled.
  22. That is why I love Holiday World...awesome night rides, friendly staff, integrated waterpark, free drinks, overall awesomeness. It's not crowded either. Looks like you had a lot of fun there!
  23. the bunnies were frolicking in a
  24. Going to have to check it when I get back to Kentucky (I'm in Florida now) but by the looks of it I can tell slight "newb-ness" in it, but it looks more solid than other new-Newton users. One thing I can tell from the pictures is that your switches between banked turns have no positive force change...probably all 4G's. To get Intamin pop or flow, try a Sextic 1G, 0.5G, 0G, or even -0.5G and -1G (latter for more airtime switches) and you'll have a more realistic and interesting track minus the "sway" feel that shouldn't be so prominent. Of course, I'm just judging on pictures so maybe you did those things...can't wait to see how you did when I get back...
