It doesn't matter which proposal they pick. It is all going to come down to money. When the time comes, nether of the proposals is going to be able to raise the money needed. The scale of these projects is way to big. Why do they need to do something with the site anyway?

Doesn't bother me that this ride is being removed. It just means there is potential for something even better.

One of these days I will have to get my family out to the Space Center. They just haven't seemed interested and I haven't been there in over 20 years. Looks like it has changed a little.

I have eaten at the Kringla Bakery too for lunch. It isn't anything spectacular and would probably only go back unless it was for some of the pastries.

Didnt realize my hair was that thin on top and it is a lot grayer now! Not one of the greatest parks we visited and it was funny listening to our guide say "Pearl" ALways sad to see a coaster taken out even if it wasn't very good.

I loved this ride. I liked how those flimsy ponchos you could get wouldn't keep you dry and would melt in the fire section.

Interesting but they only have tenants that are interested and MAY invest 75 million. If this thing flys, I don't think it will be as big as they are hoping.

Off-season? I plan on going to WCB in mid February. With Christmas in between, it won't seem like that long.

I'm gone 1 week and you post 3 updates! Did you not check my schedule? I just spent the last half hour at work getting caught up. I love reading these cruise updates. Some of those pictures are absolutely stunning. One of these days I will finally go on a cruise. ratio approved!

I think you are right on the money. When I was last there and visited my cousin, she hadn't been on the strip in over a year. Locals avoid the strip in less they work there or friends or family come for a visit and they have to take them there.

Noticed? I had to laugh when I read you noticed the construction going on. Like it wasn't obvious?

Interesting. Looks like they are mostly in water parks so far. By acquiring more parks they gain leverage in obtaining money to improve the parks. Look for them to add a few more small parks in the next few years. Then they will try and sell the whole package.

Stepping up to the Rebel will give you more control. You can set the focus to manual. If you have a lot of movement in front of the camera like people or a coaster going by, you might try increasing the fpm. It looks a little weird when a big object just appears then disappears.

Concept is cool but the camera moving was annoying as was the focus changing.
