It's funny that I have been to the park twice and I don't remember seeing the bazooka thing. Just means I need to go again!

Maybe he will rotate which rides are there. Get it up, running and refurbished then put it into storage. Do it to all the rides he has so he is ready if he can secure a permanent site.

I have never been to Old Town. Last time I was in Florida I came in at night and saw some lights not far from my hotel. Never had a chance to check them out and didn't know what it was until I was leaving and the taxi drove right by it. I could have walked there and picked up a credit and did the Grimm House! I need to do better research on whats around when I travel on business.

I'll need to visit the park before the next hurricane rolls through.

Gravity Max is definitely on my ride bucket list. It would be very hard to pass up a TPR trip that stops in Taiwan.

When I rode BBW there were two girls sitting behind me that were about 12 or 13 years old. One of the girls was screaming hysterically during the ride. When we got back to the station and I could turn around, I could see she was really terrified and had tears in her eyes. The non-crying friend said to her "Lets go ride Apollo's Chariot, it's not nearly as scary!" I wish I had the time to follow them and see the results.

Cool pictures. That last set is the night I think I was there. I wish I had more time to see the park. I was only there for Friday night and Saturday. The park was packed on Saturday so it was mostly a picture taking day.

People Eating Tasty Animals is what I think about every time I see PETA! BUt really, 5 pages of posts about this topic and I think they have achieved their goal of publicity.

Alton is one of my favorite parks. The atmosphere and the castle would make for a great halloween haunt.

Just give them a few months for the public to get used to them not dueling and I bet we see DC open with only one side in the morning.
