  1. Jew's aren't rich, they're cheap.
  2. The drop angle affects acceleration, not speed. The train will be going the same at the bottom of the drop whether the drop is 75 or 85 degrees. It just would get up to speed a bit quicker if the drop was 85.
  3. Am I missing something here? Or shouldn't this be the parks 5th coaster? Or is X:\no way out being removed?
  4. By some website I hope that it was the goverment website. I can help if you have specific questions. But I'm not going to plan it for you.
  5. Maybe your friend shouldn't be planning your trip. You can bring cigarettes over for personal use. But not sure what they'll say about 200. You really don't want to screw with the customs officers. They'll make your life a living hell if you tick them off.
  6. It doesn't. Drinking age is still 19. But you could buy lottery tickets and porn. Alcohol and cigarettes are still no go for you.
  7. Your trip can only end in disaster. You'll probably get turned back at customs. Here's how far off you were.
  8. Well that's only a 35 hour drive the opposite direction.
  9. Glen Rouge?? I looked it up. That's on the east end of Toronto, closer to Pickering. I think maybe you should look at maps when you're planning trips. Your drive just became more like 10+ hours. It could take you 1-2 hours to get across Toronto itself depending on the time of the day. Course you could take the 407 around, but that will cost you like $20+ each way. And the drinking age is 19 here. You won't be getting into any clubs in Toronto.
  10. That's probably not even possible. The g-forces would be totally different between the bottom and top train. To make it bearable it'd need to be a real tame layout.
  11. Iron Wolf, Mantis, etc... Both stand ups. Stand ups are an uncomfortable fad. You really don't see any bad sit down B&Ms. Some are better then others obviously, but even an average B&M is going to be better then most of the competition.
  12. Isn't that just a floorless? They've been doing that for years.
  13. If that hill is 97 degrees, then Behemoth is 85.
  14. You seem to be using "digital" and "HD" interchangeably. Switching to digital is not the same thing as switching to HD.
  15. Yes, the launch was intense. But the top hat was so tight it slammed my head into the head rest. My vision was filled with stars as it slammed me over the top. Then the bone shattering rattling on the turn took care of whatever feeling I had left. The ride sucked. Good riddance.
  16. Unless you're planning on doing 120 mph the whole way, you will not make it from Chicago to Toronto in 6 hours. It'll be closer to 9 hours. Google maps estimates it as 8 hours 19 minutes. And that's pure driving time. I live in Waterloo which is about an hour west of Toronto. And it took me about 8 hours to get to Chicago last year. If you're planning on driving from Chicago to Toronto and doing CW in the same day, that seems pretty unlikely. Unless you drive through the night. You'll probably need to take a day to drive, and then do the park the next day. As far as what CW has to offer though ... Behemoth obviously. After that there's just alot of average rides. CW is a nicely run park that doesn't really do anything bad, nor anything good.
  17. Robb's fire wings.
  18. It's a good thing I gave up watching 24 at the start of Season3. Thanks for ruining it.
  19. I'd guess some sort of miscommunication between the park and B&M. They wouldn't intentionally market it as 85 degrees to make it sound better. 230 feet and 75 degrees is impressive enough.
  20. Because New York is easily the most recognizable US city. If you want to have a monster tearing apart a city, then NYC with it's maze of skyscrapers is an easy choice. It wouldn't be nearly as entertaining if you had a monster tearing it's way through unpopulated corn fields.
  21. Just remember that the track won't follow the exact curvature of the bridge. The track itself probably won't be nearly as steep as the bridge supports. Though it should hopefully still provide a decent pop of air.
  22. Could have been worse. Cold have had to bail out mid ride like we had to do at Coney Beach.
  23. Beech Bend?? I'd hardly call that park charming. Waldameer though I found to be a very nice little park. Definetly looking forward to getting down there for RFII.
  24. Nothing says relaxation like Tomah, Wisconsin.
  25. You have sex with ice cream? Maybe you should keep your fetishes to yourself.
