  1. My experience with WMM is that it pretty much only exports in WMV.
  2. Seems like somewhat late TRs are all the rage as of late, so here's my attempt to catch up. 2007 was "supposed" to be a year to lay low, catch up on my finances, and reload for 2008. Instead I managed to use all my vacations on "small" trips, when added up probably cost as much as one major trip. Other then a single exception, I never really felt I had enough pics for individual TRs. So one big ass year in review it is. Here's part 1. Jan/Feb/March. Bending the rules just for you Scott. Good night Paradise Pier. Trims or no trims, still fun. The other guys can circle jerk. What can you guys do?? Tee hee hee, award wieners. Good by default so far tower. Denied again. Good pirates. Here comes the waitress with Ted's 10th coke. New Orleans without all the water. Ted is the king of smokers. We broke our skipper. Hi Wes!! I'm being followed!! I could have used that bumper sticker on my Sunfire. I wasn't all that impressed with Rockin Space Mountain. No one would experience the Tiki Room with me. Can't be THAT bad can it?? No Small World for us this year. Hey, I know those people ... Wildest ride in the wilderness! Hill Billy circle jerk!! This ride would be better in the dark, with Dinosaurs, and with Final Countdown playing. No DL trip is complete without some Haunted Mansion. Sieg Heil!! Obligatory. First time on DL Space Mountain. I still prefer Florida's. My horses ass quota is now complete. Just wait till Oct ... "tea" party my ass. Hey Caterpillar, share the wealth. When in Rome ... Let's get run over and burn in hell. Someone in this picture is going to freeze his ass off. Guess who? It's not the size that counts ... Hoorayy! Can we PLEASE fly farther away from the big nasty thunder storm. Buffalo is only good for chicken wings and cheap flights. *shakes fist at SC* Everyone has their cursed park/ride, this is mine. $2700 would buy a used car ... or a trip to California. (last Labour Day the line for the bridge started HERE) Here's my new ride. Kill me. Though I did get $2700 from insurance. It might not look like much, but the frame is buckled, and the entire body is twisted. So much for my "this car needs to last a year or two". February started off with a bang. Literally. That right there is called a write off. Let's see what did I have? Beer, wine, more beer, and Chinese food. Dude ... what? Is it 2007 already? (shortly after this was taken I tried drinking my water through my eye)
  3. ^ I'll pencil you in for the futon. Breakfast is served at 9.* * - at McDonalds.
  4. Move any of them to an identical geography, but not at HW and they would also move far down the rankings.
  5. ^ Did they anal probe you? Did the alien look oddly like a trusted family member?
  6. My buddies and I used to tie ropes between two GTs. That was always interesting. One guy would wipe out, and then eventually the guy in front would would run out of rope. The results were pretty spectacular. Worst sledding experience was when I was 17. Tubing on a really nasty hill. It dipped, leveled off, and then dropped over. That middle portion always produced massive airtime. I was on the bottom of a tube, with three guys, me on the bottom. We launched off that hump, the tube didn't come with us. I landed on my chest, the two guys landed on top of me. Dislocated my collar bone, tucking it an inch in and an inch over, so that my clavicle was behind my sternum pinching off a vein going to my left arm. Few days in hospital, many x-rays, one botched cat-scan, one successful cat-scan, a trip to the operating room, and 4 months of recovery and I was good as new. This is what they had to do to get it corrected: Hosptial report
  7. You just need to remove the extra http that he included with the link. Try this one:
  8. SLCs have height limits of 6'6" I believe. I was height checked on DLs Ride of Steel. (I think the limit there was 6'4" or 6'5")
  9. What do you expect? They sell Labatts at Epcot. Even Canadians don't drink that crap. Die!! This last October was my first and only visit to Epcot. When my family went as a kid my brothers and I went to Magic Kingdom, while my sister and parents went to Epcot. I enjoyed Epcot. Though that could have been due to the drinking around the world.
  10. Hopefully it won't be too bad that day. The Civic Holiday is the most minor holiday of the year. Probably won't produce as large crowds as say Labour Day or Canada Day. Half the time I totally forget about it until the week before.
  11. Agreed. Backwards Rebel Yell was my favorite ride at KD.
  12. Try it again, but this time replace "Fergie" with "Bantron".
  13. ^ Oh yeah, the civic holiday. The holiday everyone always forgets about. At least that means I won't have to take a vacation day to attend.
  14. Why anyone would want ERT on Wild Beast or the Bat I'll never know. I'll just be riding Vortex and Behemoth for each session. Beats me. I was just trying to guess what 5 non-Behemoth rides ERT would include. ERT would be great for people to ride stuff like Bat, Top Gun, or Tomb Raider without having to wait through a slow moving line during the day. Bat is probably the only boomerang which will have an 1-2 hour wait during the summer.
  15. I was going to come meet up that day anyways, so I'll definetly be there. 6 coasters for ERT? I'm guessing Top Gun, Vortex, Minebuster, Wild Beast, and Bat? (other then the obvious Behemoth). Or maybe Tomb Raider so that you guys don't have to bother waiting for that thing during the day?
  16. Carnage

    High Winds

25 mph doesn't sount TOO bad. Although I wouldn't know specifically how USO's rides would handle it. I'd imagine they'd all be fine though. The wind direction is as imporant as wind speed when it comes to most coasters.
  17. The lightning in the distance was ... interesting. I was lucky to even make it down to meet up at IB, what with my mothers car stuck in 3rd gear the entire weekend. Awesome TR so far Jahan. (if I haven't already said)
  18. Mindbender at West Edmonton Mall used to pull more then 6 Gs. But that was before the last car was removed by a support column.
  19. ^ Only if the weather improves I figure. The pull through should start soon regardless though.
  20. I challenge that. My brother's good friend has been with his girlfriend for 21 months so far, and they started dating at 14. I don't think you guys understand that being with someone for an extended period of time does not equal love.
  21. Is that the place right by US250? I stayed there a few times when I was too young to get a hotel room. We got some drunken stoned dead head to buy us beer. Then we threw the beer bottles at the trains. Classy joint.
  22. Nor Castaway Bay. What's the point of a shuttle if it's only offered to the hotels which are walking distance from the park? My comment stands, there is no shuttle for the places where you'd need one.
  23. None of the Cedar Point resorts have shuttles. Some of the non-CP resorts might. Though from what I understand cabbing to/from the park isn't too expensive.
  24. ^ They don't give you the shot in the roof of your mouth for wisdom teeth. So it's not quite the same. If they go the anaesthesia route you'll be knocked clean out. When I was knocked out for my collar bone I didn't even realize I had been knocked out. I blinked and 15 minutes had passed.
  25. Proof of what? The fact that sometimes teenage romances turn into longer relationships? I'd bet that at 13 she had no clue what love really was. But probably figured it out in her mid-20s.
