  1. Oh, joy. Glad I already got my only ride on it ever.
  2. That's...kinda hard to imagine. Yet intriguing!
  3. I feel like leg bars are, for the most part, gradually getting just a little bit worse with each new ride. Might be my imagination, since I'm comparing similar Premier/RMC designs. I'm just lucky I'm at a height (or build, or??) where they're usually not painful, just a bit awkwardly confining. (The worst for me were the original straight-across bars on Outlaw Run. And, oddly, the ones on Goliath seemed to cause mild skin irritation?)
  4. Exactly. I joked last year that I was basically paying to not go, and, even better, paying to avoid having to call to cancel it*. Joke would've been on me, though, since I finally made mine pay for itself for the year. Seems like a small deal, and I wouldn't be shocked to learn I'm losing money vs. buying season passes, but it's a relatively painless payment and the convenience, while ultimately trivial, justifies it for me. *After doing some digging, it appears I was misled and can cancel online.
  5. ^At least now you know your mistake. I'm not positive which models I've been on, but I've found the smaller ones to pack full-sized thrills, and I generally hear good things about them.
  6. It's disappointing to hear negative reviews of the vest restraints, especially as they become commonplace. I know people have different experiences and opinions, though, so I'm holding out hope I won't mind. I am glad B&M dive coasters are a thing again!
  7. A few weeks ago; Guardians of the Galaxy II was on in the background...gag. When was the last time you used a coupon?
  8. I think I missed that BSG reopened, which is great (old) news. So this thread took some unexpected turns for me...at first my interest in visiting was piqued, but then I read that the park might be underwhelming. And dat flight (I'm guessing my options would be similar to the Alveys'). I'll keep USS in mind, though.
  9. Peter Rabbit Coaster
  10. As you should. That said, this is a pretty well-rounded park for what it is! And it's hard to beat such a unique setting.
  11. ^A fairy dark ride? Seems...unlikely, but I'd go for it!
  12. Although it's been a weird week, today was not the most worstest day. --Got paid. (Payday is Friday, and checks come in on Thursday, but I found out mine was mailed. It was given to my mail carrier on Friday for delivery on Friday, but only came in today, because God-knows-why.) --I'm getting a new credit card!!! --My cousin, who's a writer, shared an article on Twitter. I clicked because I knew there was a good chance he wrote it. It turns out his 14-year-old daughter wrote the article, which is super-extra awesome!
  13. The degrees of difficulty: 1] I went to the Midway Market Buffet yesterday 2] I had Motel 6 breakfast 3] I closed down Thirsty Pony This is too real.
  14. I for sure second this recommendation. Unless you're for some reason certain you won't be into it, you'd probably have a great time as it's a quality theme park in the truest sense of the term. Even if you're not super into Lego, or the characters/stories/franchises, you have a good chance of coming away impressed!
  15. Because living trees aren't known for their rolling abilities. Why was Bob Dylan so obsessed with the moss growing habits of stones, anyway?
  16. Because it would be unfair and hurtful to the other Gwazi, which is ineligible for the RMC treatment. Why didn't the chicken just fly to the other side of the road?
  17. Circus Coaster
  18. Veil of Dark
  19. “Bridge Over Troubled Water” - Simon & Garfunkel
  20. dark blue/light navy t-shirt navy penguin pajama pants (I now see they also have snowflakes on them, and pink polka dots, and some of the penguins are wearing scarves) white/pale cream crew socks with a 'sweater' look
  21. Santa's Runaway Sleigh
  22. Billy Joel greatest hits!!!
  23. Well, a few weeks ago, I somehow MISSED an earthquake. As in, it was definitely felt and reported like right by me, but I noticed...nothing. Harrumph. When was the last time you regretted staying up late?
