Six Flags Great America 4-18-09
netdvn replied to expeditioneverestfan's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Ever since getting those GAm maps in the mail I've been fascinated with this park and its sister park in California. Anyway, excellent photos. The park seems nicely themed and actually clean for a SF park. -

Roller Coaster Game

^ Since when does RR begin with E?? Extremeroller -
Now here's the list of CF parks that recently received new major coasters... KI - Diamondback KD - Dominator CW - Behemoth VF - Renegade WOF - Prowler MIA - Thunderhawk That leaves Carowinds, which has long since been rumored to get a hyper, CGA, which is rumored to get a GCI, KBF, and CP. Now KD has been getting new additions every year since, I believe 2001, and CF could consider keeping this trend. If this WERE for KD, it would either be a prototype or a sit-down. Now lets see SF's pattern with building coasters... MM - getting a coaster next year (possibly a major coaster) on top of X upgrade GAdv - got two major coasters in 2005-2006 + DK and Medusa upgrade GAm - could receive two major coasters in the near future NE - Superman upgrade SFOG - Goliath in 2006 + Monster Plantation upgrade this year SFSTl - Evel Knievel last year various additions this year SFOT - Only original SF park to not receive anything major recently + TG upgrade KK - ?? America - Nothing (Thomas Town next year) FT - Goliath last year DK - ?? GE - ?? The question marks stand for unannounced new additions Right now there are a number of CF/SF parks that might be getting a new, yellow B&M next year. Since Carowinds has long been rumored to get a hyper and almost all the former Paramount Parks received new B&M's within the past few years, Carowinds seems to be the most likely candidate for a new B&M Hyper. CGA is probably getting a GCI if it isn't sold. That leaves KBF and CP, which is already clearing land. [/long-winded post ]

After having a fairly bad day, I just recieved my CP brochures. Getting those brochures really made my day much more bearable.

That Spiderman tattoo has to be one of the coolest tattoos I've ever seen. I'm too afraid of needles and sharp objects to get any tattoos. Not to mention the tattoos tend to look bad when you get older.

PKI Jizz Man's Diamondback Photo Thread!
netdvn replied to PKI Jizzman's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Man I cannot get enough of these Diamondback pics. The ride is looking more and more impressive with every TR, not to mention the awesome trains. -
^ MC = Mega Coaster FC = Flying Coaster So it can't be a flying coaster.

^ They just got a B&M (that's yellow), but with their recent trend in building a major ride every other year, it may happen. Unless it were a prototype, if it went to KD, it would definately be a sitdown. ^^ I remember reading about the clearing a long time ago. I think it was for fireworks. Considering the red track is clearly hyper track, it will probably go to Carowinds as the long-rumored B&M Hyper. PS: Does KD have enough room for a full-sized hypercoaster?
-
^ Not sure if it will go to SFMM unless its a prototype or a sitdown. And the website still advertises stand-ups. ^^ Its a conspiracy! The coaster track is just a facade for something bigger.

I'm stuck in school. Its raining outside. I wish I could ride coasters.

The Brochure/Map Trade Topic
netdvn replied to Reality15's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
On top of this list, I just received a 2009 BGW Event Map. Keep in mind this isn't an official park map. I couldn't get my hands on any brochures because it seems that every place in Williamsburg is out of them. EDIT: The map got a little scruched up in my backpack, but overall its still in fairly good condition. If you're interested, please drop me a PM or reply to this post. -

^^ I found two coasters (three if you count the racers as two). ^ I thought that Dubai had virtually no oil and was getting all its revenue from tourism. -

Furbies scare me. I wonder why those became popular in the first place? I remember during the 90s when I was in Kindergarten and first grade when Tamogatchis and Giga Pets were very popular (along with yo yos and magnetic travel games). I didn't get one until 1999 when my brother got a Pokemon Pikachu. We pretty much neglected it until the battery died a few years ago. I still have it, but it doesn't work.

^ You could always try Arrow. Maybe build an Arrow Mega-Looper or a Suspended coaster. ... just a suggestion. -

^ You're a newbie? The park looks FAR better than what any newbie can do on RCT3.
