The Intamin water ride at Gardaland has a short roll out before the cable lift. Also there is a small turnaround before the first drop so, while I'm still not convinced it has been comfirmed, there is a precedent already set. Plus, it's totally a coaster! -Don

I count all twin track coasters as one. Not each pair of tracks, but every twin coaster in the world put together is only one credit. I figure if you've ridden one(both) duel track coaster you've ridden them all. Take that all your strict coaster counters!

This being one of the last weekends of the season we decided to throw our local park a bone and grace it with our presence. Lite pre-fright crowds, most of the coasters were up, and heavy drinking were had by all. Enjoy the pics! I just took this one for extra credit, one dusty donkey. No Monica this isn't a Penguin tasting...that's over at the duck pond! Wally totally thinks so! Dude, best coaster in the park! OMG! Is that THE Menefee?! Yea! We officialy have stalkers! j/k Paul! Dude! There was no line for the new Bale of Hay ride. ...nope! Looks like they're just sending ACER's to some remote island! Does Fiji have a Dragon Wagon? Looks like Snyder's getting his way with the ads in the parks... Sweet! New kiddieland footer locations! Hey, what are these guys all excited about? Oh come on, that doesent even make sense! Apperently Roar hurt Wallys' 'Tender spot' God Roar was running like crap. Imagine copper train Ghostrider on a millenium flyer. Some lovely whitewashed fence themeing, reminds me of de islands mon. These Penguins were desperately trying to get back to Ohio. "OMG Stephanie I totally wasn't scared and stuff, how can you even think that?" Medusa is now ACE friendly! I really like Medusa's new themeing! See, Six Flags is trying! This is actually the first ride I've had on "Konk" in like 5 years. I had to ride it since it's from Opryland and all. V2.5 is still really weird. Yeah! We're in! OMG Monica! It's your awesome home park! Some fine looking women were out in the park today! Don and Wally come prepared for a day at the park. Give me small parks over anything else.I love going to the major parks, Cedar Point, WDW, SFNE, ect but highlights of any trip are usually the small park I go to. Places like Idlewild, Lake Compounce, Enchanted Forest, Kiddieland, Celebration City (at night), Wiliiams Grove, Funderland, Traintown, ect. By small park I hope we not refering to FEC's and Jeepers', I usualy spend about 4 minutes at those. Just for fun... Horrible small parks: Funderwoods Enchanted Castle Safariland Riverview Park I'm sure there are many others

Oh, make no mistake, he's often seen with a faded black ACE shirt. He's a real ACER's ACER! Also there was this other guy who whould ride Ghostrider with a stopwatch and announce everytime he returned to the station weather it was running fast or slow that day. I wish he'd do that for the crew instead of the coaster!

He's not alone either. Mantis Man has a posse of about 3 other late age "funtionals" that he runs with. I ran into them (almost literaly) a few weeks ago as I was leaving Montezoomas Revenge. One of the guys sees my Son of Beast shirt and starts bowing to me talking about how it's "The best hyper woodie in the world" and that he "Can't wait for '07". At this point I started backing away and looking for an adult. They were actually at Haunt last week over by Perilous Plunge. I was trying to talk to the son of beast guy but he kept talking about some gay friends of his (?). When the boat was ready to drop Mantis Man leaps up from a bench, strange bag in hand, and starts snapping night photos of the splash with a disposible camera (WTF). While I'm sure that he's not harming anyone or anything, just watching his level of obsession you can tell that he's not really doing it out of enjoyment. It seems like some kind of obligation, like how his day won't be right unless he gets a certain number of rides, or bad things will happen if his countdown isn't right. I'm thinking about doing a documentary of him if I get back to Knotts soon. -JJ

::Shakes Fist:: A statististical failure of one brake pressure relief valve and the ride gets neutered. Meanwhile Death Mountain across the way makes do with extra cable ties. Weak.

Not only does he ride it everyday, he does this weird "countdown" to himself, usually into his hand, and gets pissed if he messes it up. On top of that he has this strange bag that he always brings with him. Next time you ride Xcelerator, count along with him and see if you can find out whats in his bag. I'd say they were his marbles but he seems to have lost those already!

Please give us XLR8. I want to swing back and forth dodging Giraffes. Man that would be so cool. Plus their tongues are like 3 feet long so you'd have to keep your arms inside the car at all times. Just turn the cars back around the right way, except for the last one, that way I could watch the black tongues last out behind us. -Don

While not technically inside the park, the Steak and Shake across the street from Celebration City had a caramel turtle shake that will mummify a diabetic. It's a vanilla shake with hot fudge, caramel, almonds, whipped cream, and a cherry. If thats not an ACE protein drink it should be. Take that Waffle House! -Don

Dole Whips at Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom. Pizza at Holiday World and Knoebels. The only thing better, a Dole Whip Pizza at Williams Grove...mmm...

Yeah, Hatchet Rising, AKA the best tour that has ever been done. As far as my rematch with Sabu, well...I would but I'm in retirement and all so I can't just come out as a face an job my boy like that. I'd throw on my singlet in a heartbeat for a match with the Iron Shiek though, that guys like two feet away from turning into dust. How about a crackpipe-on-a-pole match! iLucha Librae!
