There is some POV footage mixed in with the clip but overall it came out REALLY crappy so don't expect a full POV from me. That park was pretty ghetto but I had a blast there. If I was a little kid though I think that place would totally give me nightmares! There is definately something sinister lurking at Satans Village. It was worth going just to try the awesomely bad Typhoon, the crazy snowball/scrambler, and the "squirt a tiny tin shed that is on fire from a trailer towed by a chevy pick-up dressed up like a fire truck" ride, of witch I do have onride footage of in the DVD! Man, I really wanted to visit this park too. Why couldn't they just close down Visionland or something? If you could put down "Jeezus Juice owns your face!" I'd really appreciate it. Put me down for Nash (and I've actually ridden all of the Racers listed, OMG). Don't tell me they're 'Americanizing' (read: making suck now) Grand National! Just how long has it been running without any problems what-so-ever? Keep them away from Roller Coaster at all costs! I can't imagine RC with restraints or ugh...regular PTC trains. Mag brakes on a woodie?? WTF??? -Don

Yeah, it sucks that the whole shower sequence got cut. We spent a whole afternoon fiming it and all we got was 10 minutes of lousy rainbow unicorns!

Hey Barry, thanks for ordering! One thing I tried to do this year was use a wider variety of music. I think everyone will find a song they like this year, as well as some you haven't heard in years! Last year I got to thinking, "Wow, what would a coaster video be like with some heavy music mixed in with the normal rock/pop?" ^*6 Oh man, you got the bubbles credit! I've been wanting to get that one for a few years now. That and Polar Coaster http://www.rcdb.com/ig391.htm?picture=3. Rotary Playland replaced their old Schiff kiddie coaster with an actual brand new vintage model that had been in storage since it was built in the 50's (I believe it was the 50's). It's running the 70's fiberglass trains though, which suck compared to the origional ones (like funderwoods has). Blackbeards has the same model as Rotary Playland does now. When we went to Pixieland I brought a two for one sno-cone coupon I printed from their website. I actually liked that little park, and it's not too far from SFMW and PGA. Have fun in Oregon, make sure to visit Enchanted Forest in Turner, OR. That is one of the coolest parks I've ever been to, very 'Strange European Park' feeling. Oh, and to get back OT, I'd love to ride Flashback so I can see if it truly is the worst coaster in CA. It's one of only 4 in the state I haven't ridden! (Goliath jr., Flashback, Coastersaurus, and 'that one in Tahoe'!) -Don

^Thats probably because their still fighting over Astrolands crap with with the other parks. I find it funny that just about every major SF park has announced a new "Family Ride Area Section" at their parks next year. Yay, eveyone gets a tilt-o-whirl and a scrambler! I have a really crappy Desperado onride somewhere. And why in the world would you want an Iron Wolf POV? Do you know what kinds of problems someone would face filming that, not least of which is actually having to ride it! Best: I've got to give a nod to Xcelerator, also Roller Coaster at Funderwoods so I can feel all superior for having ridden it! Worst: Westcoaster?! No way! That coaster is totally smooth and alot of fun! I vote for a two way tie between Psyclone and Grizzly for wood and lump all the Boomerangs/Invertigos for steel. Don

Wow, so this will be a wood structure after all. Somehow because of the tight turnaround and the height I thought that they'd have to go with steel. That's cool that they put up construction pictures from inside the park. Now we'll be able to tell soon if this will indeed have a cable lift or not. -Don

My problem is I dig up animals at the pet cemetary. I can't stop myself. Some nights I try but I'll wake up in the middle of the night wide awake and try to just fall back asleep or just wait for the sun to come up but I just can't and always grab my shovel. Last night was pretty bad, I just feel I need to talk about it. I locked up my shovel in the garage so I wouldn't be as tempted and for the last few nights it worked pretty good but I couldn't take it last night. So there I was again at 2:18 in the morning driving down underneath the bridge and snooping around in the dark. My flashlight was dead but the moon was pretty full so I just went off that. I didn't have my shovel but I found a stick I could use to dig with. The soil was pretty soft last night so I ended up just using my hands and I got down about 2 and a half feet when a tail started to show. It was kinda dirty but I think it had grey fur. I tried to pull it up but the fur on the tail kept coming off and the skin/bones were really slippery and I couldn't get a good grip on it. I think some roots had grown into it because I could tell it wasn't going to come up in one piece. Oh man the smell was terrible, I don't really know why I do this so much because I hate the smell and the bodies feel all creepy and gross. Most of the time I just grab it and then leave it in the hole and try to cover it up. i haven't thought about it but I'm glad no one has caught me, I'm not sure what I could say. Sometimes there are some homeless people around in the bushes and under the bridge but they never say anything and I'm out of site most of the time. It's starting to really effect me during the day because I don't get much sleep and my fingers are getting cracked and starting to peel from being wet/cold at night.

And is that april/may Roar or the pothole/rumbler Roar we rode a few weeks ago? Man CA wood coasters really suck a lot of ass. What are the top woodies, Roar, Ghostrider, and the Giant Dippers?
