  1. Fixed. Have a fantastically safe 2021!
  2. "Don't Stop" Fleetwood Mac
  3. ^ I was interested in that, but hadn't decided whether to 'buy' a view or not. The showing ends tomorrow, so I may do a last-minute thing and order/see it. In the meantime, I finally ordered a copy of this French-produced, but 99% English in dialogue and song, version of FOLLIES. It's gotten reviews from One Star to Five Stars, so I guess I'll judge it for myself when I see it. But at this point in time, it is The Only DVD of a full production of Follies, available. I really wish the original 1971 production had been recorded on film etc. As well, the 2017 London production (it got rave reviews, and there was a broadcast of it on the big screen, which we got to see a couple years' back) would be cool to have in a DVD, too. Ah well, we get what we can, when we can get, it, LOL! EDIT TO ADD: I just "checked in" about seeing "Ratatouille" online, and found out I have to join Facebook, to see it. Ah...not gonna happen. I do not belong to any social media groups such as Facebook, or Twitter, etc. etc. I do not feel like letting everybody know what I am up to, minute by minute IMhO. So with that, I won't be seeing "Ratatouille", sadly. Unless it gets posted at Netflix, HBO, etc. Or clips of it show up on YouTube. Available from Amazon.com
  4. Listening to the #1 Song on CBC Radio's Top 100 Songs of 2020.... Blinding Lights ~ The Weekend
  5. "I don't recognize your accent! Where did you say you were from?" (From the net)
  6. Okay. Here we go... Happy New Year Everybody @ TPR, Around The World! Good riddance to 2020 ~ Hello to a fresh new 2021!
  7. ^ Someone also rumored earlier, that this could possibly be a Test Track kind of ride. Like Journey/Center/Earth in Tokyo DisneySea? With the way trackless ride vehicles work, as we've seen so far (flat levels only), it does seem to me that the Test Track way could be the way for this attraction. With "regular" driving speed, speeding up (i.e. The Police Chase) plus going uphill and down (like Journey), it seems more applicable. Trackless vehicles need elevators to travel on different levels, like RotR. So far. We'll all find out, eventually. P.S. I also thought that it could be designed and built like Indiana Jones in Disneyland/DisneySea, is. This too, could work. IMhO. They just revealed, during the park's New Year's show, the new logo for ShDL's 5th Anniversary coming up. The logo revealed on the castle during the 2020-2021 New Year's celebration. Photo from Disney.
  8. ^ Awwwwwwwww. Name yet? And what the heck is he/she holding onto?
  9. ^ Second that, with the Festival Of The Lion King, at HKDL! Part of the Finale. TPR 2012 China/Hong Kong Tour.
  10. Maybe they're going to add the Vertical Loop that Son Of Beast had.... way back when? "It could fit in there." (The centerfold of a past Kings Island guide book)
  11. Shanghai Disneyland just posted photos of the "topping" of the massive show building for ZOOTOPIA's main attraction. The final steel roof piece was signed by officials of the Resort and those involved with the building of it. By the way, since it's rumored to a be a "police chase" of some kind, this may be the main entrance into the attraction.... ....The Zootopia Police Station. Just a guess. The all-important officials' group shot, before signing the roof piece. Lowering the signed piece into position. Photos from Disney. What the Police Station looked like, in concept artwork c/o Disney.
  12. Dawn Wells, a/k/a Mary Ann in "Gilligan's Island" just passed away. Age 82. I always preferred Mary Ann over Ginger. RIP Dawn.
  13. ^ That looks like a happy dog! Here's a photo I found. Don't know if our Stella would agree to this. But you have to credit the owners for making their kitty more 'comfy'. I think. Other than the feet and tail exposed.... not too bad.
  14. ^ Well, we were all waiting for you to suggest it!
  15. My eyes widened when I read the first post here. "Not Superman!" screamed in my head. Then, I read more. Ha! Bizarre time for any April Fool's-like stuff. Wonder why they have it so close, after Christmas Day? Ah well....
  16. "I Am Woman" Helen Reddy (RIP)
  17. Yes. Yes we do. Are you happy with how your Holiday plans are going/went, this season?
  18. ^ Good for you! Keep at it, too.
  19. Got this pic taken at Joypolis in Japan, care of the TPR 2013 Japan Tour. Ain't I a little devil!
  20. ^ Yeah, "West Side Story"'s pretty much done. But of course, with "current conditions" the release of it has been postponed. Same goes for Lin Manuel Miranda's film version of "In The Heights". Ready to show, but not doing it until near Spring. Very much looking forward to that.
  21. I always love finding out that I've actually dropped a few pounds, after I've been walking around parks. And hydrating with water helps, too.
  22. Now available in China's McDs... Yes, that's SPAM and crushed up OREO cookies in there! Wanna bite?
  23. ^ If only.... <sighs> Only for Horizons. I still want Guardians/Galaxy!
  24. The one that really blew me away, way back when, was the early showing of Fantasmic! at Disneyland. We saw it in 1996 after it had been running for a few years. We didn't know what to expect of it (not much, if any, social media back then) and when the individual "Princess barges" floated by, I was tearing up. Truth! The cover of my souvenir booklet looked like this, when I bought it, in the (then) VILLAINS SHOP in FantasyLand. Wish I`d bought more stuff there, back then.
  25. ^ I was going to respond with Silver Bullet at Knott's. The first part is lovely and spread out. Then, coming back towards the station it amps up with tight turns, and that great upward helix over the pool of water there. I always love that last part of the ride. And Ghostrider, too!
