I love the placement of the castle over the end of the rapids ride mountain range. Or was that the pirate ride? Who knows? It's mostly all wrong anyway, heh. Great amusing finds, Chris. -

Heck, I would stay at the Colosseo Hotel any old time of the year, park opened or not! With a really awesome dinner buffet, as well as the fountains area and the outdoor bars. A Colosseo room view (TPR 2008 Europe Tour) -

That mine tunnel is almost like Big Thunder and Seven Dwarfs combined! Great Wacky Worm. Definitely the longest I've ever seen. -

Looking at the rapids ride, to me it looks like there is a heck of a lift hill there. (the gray sort of straight line there on the right?) Looks like a lift hill to me, which leads to the start of the flume. -

Well, here's a reminder of the artist's concept of what the attraction will possibly look like. And as it is such a huge building, anything could be possible inside, or outside of there. Such a lovely big building to play pirates in. -

^ I was thinking, it might actually be a rather rare photo, once it all comes down. And it would fun to photoshop the edges off of it, and see if friends figure it out. I find Disney really unique in actually trying to "hide in plain sight" the scaffolding that is part of these renovations. Not always. But most times, it's pretty cool. EDIT to add: And this is what the heads at sfMM should be thinking, in Finally painting that *^%#!@^&(( asphalt parking lot w/lines below Scream! Yes? No? With the edges "erased," this might be a fun shot too. Taken at DLPR.

When I saw this, I just started giggling! And although I do not Twitter or Facebook et al, I thought it should be shared. Hunter did it, I believe, thanks! Now, wonder what would happen if he did a Maleficent/Baymax mashup? I found it funny. Wish he'd now do the entire song, LOL!

Theme Park Bucket list
Nrthwnd replied to witting's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I honestly don't have many, because of all the parks visited with TPR in the past decade. And I am amazed at seeing other members' lists with so many parks I have been blessed to already visit, with the TPR Tours. But, there are a few I still want to visit. Eventually. (And when they open.) Shanghai Disneyland Resort Animal Kingdom at WDW (Avatar) v VikingLand in Norway v Love it, from entrance to everything else! -
Care to elaborate? What I read was, the "paintbrushes" that could be bought (and act like the Mouse Ears do/did), apparently weren't working in conjunction with floats passing by, as they were supposed to. Not sure of how the whole thing worked, but it wasn't working, and I suspect they might just do DL's parade without the brushes. And they might have already figured out the problems, by now, too.

I am in awe of the size of those ship hulls. That's all I got. -
I a rotating stage. Only production I was ever in, that had one, was "Cabaret". And the choreographer had us dancing at one point, while the stage turned and the sets changed with us moving along, and opposite direction of the turn. It was a great moment in the show. We always looked forward to that. Have a great show, Brandy!
