I honestly think, that if my partner 'went' before myself, I would probably switch to a small dog, for attention and love. We've both been cat people for several decades now. My current thought on the subject.

Wow. This place looks like what I would call a TPR Fixer-Upper. But the owner was so overwhelmed with the turnout, (read the article!) it sounds like he's thinking of re-opening the park for real. Good for him, and great for the locals support! And the Barl of Fun (inside) looks a lot like a few of the European Fun Houses I've had the joy of bruising myself in, heh. ....and BUSHKILL Park is a really awesome name for a park, too!

I finally put together one of my mini-capsule Toy Story machines, the Pizza Planet one. Not finished yet. I have to apply all the teeny tiny decals for it and the 6 "capsules" that will be in it. The entire 6 machines all have their own tiny 6 capsules with stuff to put on them, etc. Very cool! And agonizingly precise with the TINY decals, too. I need tweezers! For now, the unfinished machine will sit among the other Pizza Planet stuff I have already bought-and-got. And my fave colour is RED! (o: Buzz Lightyear Approved, too.

What a difference five years makes! (since I last posted here, see above) Our rhododendrons were totally blocking the view of the front porch, so there was really no sense in hanging lights and stuff from there. You can barely make out the regular lights string that is there, year round. So I concentrated on the area you can still see. Around the front door. p.s. The pumpkin has not been carved yet, so I'll post a night shot with it lit up, next week.

Thank you to them for all the great photos posted! Here are a few of the photos... Performance theatre and Beauty/Beast's castle turrets, going up behind Toontown. Large performance theatre in the centre; smaller (but still BIG) Beauty/Beast show bldg. on the right. The Magic Springs Hotel (probably) being built here at TDS, beside the Bayside monorail Station. (o: New TDL Ticket Gates construction.

^ Heh. Here's a couple of pix of the Double Double Burger w/Bacon & Cheese I had at the White Spot franchise, in Playland(PNE) (and it's elsewhere in the city), during my Fright Night visit to the park last Wednesday. It was great. Would definitely order one again. With a large fries and a strawberry milkshake, the total came to $20 Cdn. So that's what? $15 U.S.? This - was - Awesome! Sorry the photo doesn't show the juicy, messy innards of this.
